Great doc.

The person who answered the phone wanted to argue with me about my family member's name when I called to cancel an appointment. They never offered me the chance to reschedule. They then acknowledged the cancellation with a uh-huh and hung up. I work for the same greater institution as this person and was horrified that a co-worker would treat someone like this over the phone.

Very nice staff and doctors here

As an adult circumcision surgery I had the best experience with doctor Chao I had no pain whatsoever and they took care of me like I was her own family

The communication skill lacked. I am a patient of his and his office staff and nursing staff did not communicate. More than one case you call the office and never get someone. The on call doctor was not available for an emergency that occured. I was told to call the office and now we are 2 days in on pain and suffering with no call back yet. Still waiting..... being in the world of EMS patient care is priority well guess not in this office.. The communication skill lacked. Dr. Chao was great he was very willing to work with me on my surgery

I would never recommend to anyone. Received lies about results on 3 occasions. Only found out after calling the lab that did my test and then and only then did I get my test results

Dr. Chao treated my husbands bladder cancers with Chemo therapy and extensive knowledge and care and follow-ups. Several years prior to that he saved my husbands life when a kidney stone was lodged directly outside his kidney that caused e coli to grow rapidly. I am now his patient and I consider myself lucky to have such a good urologist taking care of my problems. I would trust Dr. Chao with my life and that of my family. His bedside manner is outstanding and his experience/knowledge is unending. Dr. Chao is a true asset to our community. Nothing. Went to him for help and there was obviously a problem yet he just wants to shove antibiotics down my throat. In serious pain yet he wasn't willing to help. This dr is a joke.
