Dr Stella has been by doctor for about a year now and I've had a great experience! She's very kind, friendly and helpful, and takes your concerns and questions seriously. Dr Ilyaev has been my primary physician for more than 7 years, she is awesome as well as Maggie her nurse, wait times are pretty fast and sometimes if she's really busy she still tries to fit me in her schedule, i can easily make appointments as well as cancel, i get my Rx with no issues she also reviews my referring Drs to make sure they tend to my ailments properly. I am grateful for her being my Dr, the staff are very nice and attentive. I can not expect more as a patient she's made my life better. This place is not good. I was a patient there for 2 years. I do not recommend it. They consistently made me wait 45 mins to 1 hour even if I was early for my appointment. It was ALWAYS a hassle to get prescriptions refilled. It was ALWAYS a shock at how difficult it was to schedule prompt appointments. Then to top it all off i was given 3 days notice telling me the doctor no longer accepts my insurance. The office then gave me the run around while trying to get me to switch my insurance. Un helpful, weird, un sanitary. It was as if every patient was annoying for them to take care of. There are many other options for primary care in the area that are excellent.
