I usually hate going to a doctors office (long wait times, terrible bedside manner, not listening just prescribing etc.). But then I found this office through health first and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone was so nice, thorough, empathetic, and honest. It was clean and overall had a good energy. The office receptionists are atrocious at their job. They are rude, blaming, and cancels appointments if there is an issue without notifying their patients. They had to verify my insurance, and after waiting 45 min for them to call me back, I called and they told me "they were put on hold and hung up." Didn't call me back... couldn't verify my insurance. Unfortunately, they lost business for this doctor, because I did not get to see this doctor.

I was billed out of network. I was told the doctor only sees patients in network. I was told several times I was in network and paid my copay. Now months go by my high out-of-network bill has not been corrected. I have called billing and there office to get it corrected about a dozen in the past few months. No help, no change in my bill. They told me my bill was incorrect and they would fix it. So far no luck.

I have been with Dr. Bhandari for many years and have never encountered a more thorough doctor. She is patient, kind and answers all questions and listens to my concerns. I highly recommend her.

She is a terrible doctor! She diagnosed my mom just by looking at her! Don't go to her nor her poorly train staff.

I was new to the area and looking for a new PCP. Dr. Bhandari was phenomenal; she was attentive, took her time, and asked all the right questions to help assess my medical necessities. She went the extra mile, reviewed my medical history and made an informed treatment recommendation-I would strongly recommend her.
