Dr. Stacey Markowitz Hecht

When I moved to Ramsey in 2000 we had a wonderful Doctor in Cresskill but it was far to travel to in the event if one of my daughters were sick and in any sort of pain. So we switch to Dr .Hecht .... We heard through friends about Dr Hecht. We always felt welcome by her and her staff and through the years Dr. Siegel as well .. My daughters are adults but always felt comfortable speaking to Dr Hecht and her staff.We always felt that they listened and cared for the well being of our daughters . The Murrell Family

We had a very negative and distressing experience with Dr Hecht. After the birth of our child she came for the newborn assessment, she seemed to be in a rush and was very cold. Beyond her off-putting demeanor, she did not respect our plan to exclusively breastfeed (as per AAP recommendations). Our baby had a couple of borderline blood sugar results and she incessantly pushed formula even after the test results rebounded. She gave us false info and was VERY crude to my wife at a sensitive time.

Have used Live Well & Dr. Hecht/ Dr Segal since eour kids were born 13+ years ago. Staff is always friendly & doctors aren't quick to jump to conclusions when diagnosing but thoroughly assess the issues brought forth by us or our kids..

Compassionate.. great listener to your concerns.. reliable..and always available when needed..Best doctor by far!!
