I have had a lot of dental procedures in the past in different cities but Dr Jeffrey Culbreath is hands down the best I have ever had! He and his team are truly amazing!!!

Dr. Haley was wonderful.... He removed my two right side wisdom teeth.. I felt no pain ... His assistants Destiny and Madeline help to make me relax and calm.... He is an awesome dentist come see him if you want to experience no pain . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Consultation: I went into my wisdom tooth extraction consultation feeling anxious and honestly a bit scared. However, the moment I met Dr. Haley those feelings were a thing of the past and I immediately knew I was in great hands. Dr. Haley is without a doubt one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever been to and I could not recommend this place more highly. Post-extraction: I have now gotten all four of my wisdom teeth removed and 5 stars simply isn’t enough! The procedure was more smooth and easy than I ever could have imagined. Dr. Haley, as expected, was incredible and made me feel at ease the whole time. It was also extremely fast, I was in and out in around 40 minutes. Long story short, this is THE place to come!

Dr. Haley and his staff took care of two (2) dental implants for me. His warm demeanor put me at ease immediately. I can honestly say it was THE best dental experience I’ve ever had. It was like it never happened. The after care instructions were clear and the follow up calls appreciated. You will not regret your decision to allow them an opportunity to guide you through whatever procedure you need done. Thank you Dr. Haley and your staff!

Had a dental implant done by Dr. Haley. Quick and painless. Much better experience than other oral surgeries I have had elsewhere. Super friendly staff.

amazing!! i have gotten several procedures done here and every single one has gone so smoothly. Got my wisdom teeth taken out here and didn’t even need to be put under, took all 5 of mine out in 20 minutes! Dr Haley and everyone who works here is so kind, Madeline communicated how my precedure would go and recovery very comprehensively! Can’t reccomend them more!!

Didn't feel a thing. Dr.Spencer and Madeline were fantastic. Everyone in the office is kind and welcoming and the service was quick and painless. I didn't even know he had pulled my wisdom tooth.

Dr. Spencer Haley removed two of my wisdom teeth under local anesthesia and the entire process was easy and painless! From my initial appointment to my recovery, the entire staff made me feel welcome and eased my nerves about the procedure. During my procedure, the staff had incredible bed side manner, conversation and even played some background music I requested which helped make the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Dr. Haley and the entire staff at TN OMS!

I can not recommend them enough! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under local anesthesia and the procedure it self went GREAT. The staff was also so friendly and helpful. During the procedure someone was holding my hand just to provide extra comfort and the doctor even let me listen to music during the procedure (It helped keep me calm). He even offered laughing gas before the numbing shots and later that evening the doctor personally called me to check up on me to make sure I was feeling well. I thought that was beyond thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to have teeth removed! Great experience and overall great staff! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Excellent experience in every way. Dr. Haley has a way of making everyone (patient and parents) feel at ease. He and his staff are fun and so very nice. They made what could have been a miserable morning (teeth getting pulled) very enjoyable. My 12 year old said it was a breeze and that Dr. Haley is the best!

Dr. Haley and his team( but specifically Dr.Haley ) was absolutely outstanding. As someone who is afraid of needles, having my wisdom teeth out is a terrifying task. He was so comforting the whole time and even took the time to call me the night of my procedure to make sure I was doing ok. 100% recommend.

I want to preface this by saying that I never write reviews but I really wanted to share the fantastic experience I had with Dr. Spencer Haley. I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed at ~40 years and Dr. Haley came highly recommended by my excellent dentist. I literally felt nothing during the extraction of 4 wisdom teeth with Dr. Haley's expert and fine-tuned administration of IV anaesthetic; the extraction was so quickly and skillfully done (I would say 10 min) I couldn't believe it was over. I had no need to take any pain medicine after the procedure. I followed the directions for aftercare (and I asked the nurse to go over everything with me again before I left the office to make sure I had everything covered). I had a question after 2 weeks and Dr. Haley worked me in that day to check and talked with me with no charge to verify that everything was healing fine. It has been >2 months now ; I'm delighted and relieved with the wonderful experience I had.

Dr. Haley and his staff are the best! I had a cracked tooth that was unbearable and they got me in on short notice. They made a dreaded event so positive. He talked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease. Dr Haley will always be my first and only choice!

Had my widsom teeth removed Friday afternoon and was perfectly fine by Saturday evening. I would give Dr. Haley 10 stars if I could! Was truly the best and will recommend anyone I can to go there!

I absolutely love this office! Everyone is super nice and sweet! They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door! Dr. Culbreath is fantastic! The nurses and front staff is equally as fantastic! I live two hours away and it was definitely worth the drive!

I couldn't let the year go by without posting this review. Earlier this year I had a "tremendous" tooth emergency and was nervous about it all. Dr. Haley was phenomenal! He was quick, understanding, very kind and got right to fixing the problem. I recently visited TN Oral Surgeons to have a cracked tooth removed. I was extremely nervous (as I haven't had great dental experiences in the past) and generally worked up about the whole thing. That said, Dr. Haley and his team were wonderful! They talked me through everything and put me at ease. The procedure was amazingly quick and not nearly as awful as I'd imagined. Aftercare has been thorough and easy. Covid precautions were maintained the whole time. I hope you get to keep all of your teeth, but if you don't - you're in good hands here! Getting my wisdom teeth out has been my biggest fear my whole life!!! I did my research before I chose a place to go to and I’m so happy I found Dr. Haley! I felt so safe and cared for. He was so funny and made you feel comfortable. His sidekicks/nurses were amazing- Paige, Liz and Cory Beth are my girls!!! And I’ve barely felt any pain at all and I got 3 extracted. We love!! Dr. Hailey & his staff make having a tooth pulled a joy. Really! The office is pleasant and efficient. Dr. Hailey is upfront and honest which immediately made me relax. I would recommend Dr. Hailey for all your oral surgery needs.

I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted, and my dentist felt the procedure would be better handled by an Oral Surgeon and referred me to Dr. Haley at TNOMS. As a person who has never had any type of dental procedure beyond teeth cleaning and a filling, I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. Dr. Haley and the entire staff far exceeded any of my expectations! With the "craziness" we are all facing due to this pandemic, I felt completely comfortable and safe due to the pre visit expectations they set prior to my appointment, the check in process established upon my arrival, my initial examination, and the actual tooth extraction performed. The staff was extremely polite and professional from the time they checked me in, through having my procedure, all the way to paying my bill and leaving. My wisdom teeth were taken out yesterday as a 27 year old, and I was extremely nervous about complications that are common as an older patient, but Dr. Culbreath’s expertise and manner in which he did everything has me feeling like nothing was extracted yesterday. Chastity took a comprehensive history, making certain that my full health profile was complete and that I was relaxed. I can not express enough what a great experience my daughter had in relation to having her 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Haley. Dr. Haley and his staff are so kind and knowledgeable. The best part for my daughter (being the 4th child and watching other siblings go through the process) was she had her teeth out on Friday afternoon and on Monday morning she was at soccer practice and camp and tumble class that night. I have extreme dental phobia, which resulted in my teeth decaying to the point of no return. I required several extractions. When I met Dr. Haley, he was extremely friendly, sat down in the room with me, talked to me like we weren't in a patient / doctor setting, which made me feel way less anxious. He explained what needed to be done in very simple terms, explained what to expect and set an expectation as to how I would feel after. My abscesses had me in crippling pain, where I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. For the procedure, I arrived, took a seat in the chair, he sedated me and it felt like 2 minutes passed and I was done. During the entire healing process there was no pain at all. I feel really silly for being in pain with the abscesses for so long. The recovery was an absolute walk in the park. Trust me, no matter how afraid you are, the very, very minor discomfort from having gauze in your mouth only lasts about a day, there is no pain at all during healing. I was so thankful to Dr. Haley for relieving my pain. This is the first time in 4 years where I don't feel pain in my mouth. I highly recommend Dr. Haley, he's amazing. I got my wisdom teeth pulled (just the bottom two) by Dr. Haley about a month ago. Obviously he did a great job or I wouldn’t be posting this review. But you should know that not only that he’s a great surgeon, but also he’s a great person. He is very likable, and he connects with you on a personal level. Two thumbs up!

Dr. Haley is awesome. I will recommend him and his staff again and again. They explain things in great detail so you know exactly what is happening, including plans and coverage as well as when your undergoing treatment. I've enjoyed my visits and that's a compliment I'd never expect to say about going to an oral surgeon.

Just had four wisdom teeth extracted from Dr. Haley. What an amazing guy. Made me feel so comfortable. I had such horrible anxiety and felt so safe when I was with him! He is so caring and calls you at night to check in/see how you are feeling. I will be recommending Dr. Haley to anyone in need. Also I was in and out of his office in 45 minutes and have yet to take any painkillers. Motrin is doing the trick. Can’t speak highly enough of him!!! Thank you Dr. Haley! Dr. Hailey is an awesome oral surgeon. I had a tooth abscess that caused swollen lymph nodes. He thoroughly examined me and concluded the tooth needed to be removed. We had an original surgery date but the swelling continued to increase. I called him over the weekend and he promptly answered. He quickly moved the date and out came the tooth. Post-surgery I had issues but he quickly saw me to make sure I was healing well. I highly recommend Dr. Hailey. This place is awesome! I was very ready to have my wisdom teeth removed, and I was able to get an appointment easily and quickly. Dr. Haley is incredibly professional and so friendly. Everyone there is so kind, and the atmosphere is very calming. The surgery went well, and I have not had any complications. I called to see about getting a check-up, and they let me come in right away. Dr. Haley and all of his staff are wonderful. This was actually the 2nd opportunity I had to have Dr. Haley take care of me, but I had to cancel surgery (pretty long appointment slot) last minute on a Friday when my dad passed away and they were all so sweet and understanding. First thing the following Monday, I received a card in the mail from them, saying how sorry they were for my loss. No grief about having to cancel. The reschedule was very quick and on the day and time i needed. Absoluletly wonderful people. I'd never go anywhere else! I would recommend him to anyone! Dr. Haley was absolutely incredible. I could not recommend anyone more highly. The office staff was amazing, kind, and thoughtful. If I have any future procedures or if any friends/family have any oral surgery needs, I would insist they see Dr. Haley.

My mom brought my daughter in to see Dr. Haley. My mom was beyond pleased with how they handled everything. My daughter is 10 years old so Dr. Haley made sure to use words like “wiggle” instead of pulling/extracting a tooth out. They made my daughter so comfortable without having to put her to sleep. They gave her grape flavored laughing gas they made her so relaxed that she even thought she was asleep and dreaming. She did not have to take any of the medicine that they gave her because Dr. Haley was so gentle during the procedure. Dr. Haley and Elizabeth were amazing. I’ve heard horror stories about getting your wisdom teeth removed and was pretty nervous going in. Seriously amazed at how quick and easy this was! They make you feel so comfortable - definitely recommend going here if you need your wisdom teeth removed!

Dr.Haley and his staff are amazing. I had my husbands wisdom teeth out 6 months ago. Today I had my 17 year old sons wisdom teeth out. I arrived almost 2 hours early and Dr. Haley and his staff worked threw there lunch and we were innand out in no time. Dr.Haley and his staff are very caring and kind. Dr. Haley and Connie were both amazing. They made me feel comfortable and they took great care of me. I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled. I was awake (laughing gas and numbed) but didn't feel any pain! I went back at 8am and was heading home by 830. Needless to say not only was Dr. Haley gentle yet efficient he was FAST, which I appreciated. Hopefully I won't need anymore oral surgeries but if I do I definitely be going back to see Dr. Haley Dr. Haley and Connie were both amazing. Dr. Haley recently removed my wisdom teeth and I was very impressed. Not only was his staff helpful and friendly, but he is very caring and throughout the whole experience I felt safe and comfortable. My procedure took only a few minutes and went without any incident. I have a lot of experience with dental work, and I felt like I was in good hands. For what it was, I honestly had a great experience.

Dr Haley did an amazing job removing 3 wisdom teeth. Minimal pain and swelling post op. Everyone in the office was very kind, compassionate and professional.
