This review is for the manager (John) who works at this location. I called to check on the status of the medication refill and appointment and very politely asked him. Just from the beginning of the conversation the manager was being so rude who I assumed that I was speaking with the receptionist staff when the phone was answered. Because of his rudeness and not being helpful at all, I asked to speak with the manager and that's when he told me that he is the manager. I said, Are you kidding me, Is this how you provide patient care service? I am Shocked that I am speaking with the manager". His attitude and response towards my question were so negative that I was in shocked when I found out that I was speaking with the clinic manager. As a professional myself being in medical field I have never spoken like this to my any of patient in my entire career. Specially its unbelievable when you find out this attitude, negative behavior coming from the clinic manager. I can understand if this negative attitude coming from a staff member but from the manager out of no where being so rude rather than being polite, hahaha....I feel sorry for the staff who is working under this management. Not even Once he said sorry that he was being so rude and kept cutting me off while I was giving him my response. If your having a bad day this doesn't mean you are going take your frustration out on patient care service. If you can't or don't know how to do provide patient care. This means you defiantly need more training for management. I have no complain towards this Dr.G. She is very nice I always had a pleasant patient service care from her. One of the receptionists at this office was terrible. My mom got her blood test 3 days before; after reviewing the result, MD wrote another order for 1 month later. When my mom got out the MD's office, that receptionist did not look at the order, she told my mom to go ahead, get another blood test right away. That unnecessary blood test cost my mom $300. SMH. Endocrinology is complex and requires the ability to think about how certain parts of the system vastly effects the other. This Dr has zero trouble shooting ability. Enlarged Thyroid? Eat small frequent meals. Heart palpitations and night sweats? Eat small frequent meals. Possible Hashimoto? Eat small frequent meals..... do not waste your time, do not take your children to someone this inept. Go somewhere else.
