With deep regret, I have severed a 40 year relationship with family eye care. I was treated rudely over a four $ medicare increase. They could not verify my medi care to make an appointment. No changes in medi care sense 2003 and I have lived at the same place for 23 yrs. I consider Dr Ross and Dr Won my friends but, the staff leaves a lot to be desired at this point. Comes highly recommended, but very difficult to get a person in the other end of the phone

I've always been pleased with my service at Family Eye Care Center, no matter who I see. They are always prompt and make sure your needs/concerns are heard. I recently went in to get in new glasses and the staff was very helpful. Even better, my glasses came in less than a week!
