Dr Piller is a very good practitioner that I would highly recommend. Every office visit was very thorough and professional. Staff very good also. I like the fact that if he orders blood work, it's done then and there. Results are done in days and can be viewed on personal medical portal. He explains medical issues and why he thinks it best. Visits are capped by a summary report so theres no confusion. One thing they need to work on is their appointment system. If you want a six month appt, they tell you to check back in a month or so to book. Dr Piller is a very good practitioner that I would highly recommend. I have to say that I was worried about coming to this clinic after reading a review from 4 years ago. The clerk that checked me in Erica is an amazing person she made me feel so happy to have come here. All the staff were kind...Even Dr. Gates seemed very understanding also. I have to give this clinic the rating it deserves!

My experience was not good at all. I called to see if I needed an appointment for a medical issue I had , they said to just walk in . I went and the doctor was not there so they said come back the next day. I went back the next day and still did not get treated. I was there for 2 hours while they asked me to fill out paperwork and sent me from nurse to nurse taking information from me and registering me for a health care plan .Finally they gave me an appointment for a week later to see the doctor. I show up on that date and the doctor had the day off .And now they gave me a new appointment and I will not be going. This is my fourth time showing up for treatment and they never treated me . The first time is when i went early last year and the doctor was not in plus the 3 previous times. I'm not in pain i just wanted to get tested for a medical issue the clinic does testing for. I found another clinic and will be going there. The service at Robbins Health Center is very poor and they are understaffed and unorganized. No one called to say the doctor was not in , they seem to not care about their patients . My experience was not good at all.
