Please do you a favor and don't go to this place, the Dr. Are ok, but the front desk is horrible plus now they transfer the clinic again! now summit they should change all they front desk personal or a least trainings better ( since they should see the reviews for some reason all the people is complaining for the same thing), my parents had years going there and the same desorganization all the time they just stay there because of the doctor, but this time they decide not to take their secondary insurance and the very knowledgeable front desk don't tell the patient before the service, now my parents get a bill that they can't afford. And that's isn't fair.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this doctor's office. They tried to steal my money by charging me twice for the same service, and to make things worse, they processed my claim with the wrong federal tax ID number. As a result, I was charged out of pocket for a service that should have been covered by my insurance. When I brought this to their attention, they tried to fix the situation unsuccessfully. Now I am being billed twice, one for an in-pocket visit and one for an out-of-pocket visit. To make matters worse, the doctor had me sent to two different locations, each of which gave me a different result. I received 4 phone calls from the doctor's office and each time I was given a different result. How hard can x-rays on a toe be? It was a frustrating and confusing experience that left me feeling like I couldn't trust this doctor or their office. I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone, and I would caution anyone considering their services to be very careful and vigilant with their billing and claims process. It has been almost 2 months and I am still making phone calls and visiting the doctors office to try and correct the mistake which they made.

Dr. Silvio Tasso is one of the best doctor's I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Great service and care is what he is about. Of course including the staff and attending doctors.

Such a bad experience I was sick they prescribed medicine. I went there. My Primary Care Physician is Dr.Steven Celestin, He works out of this location twice a wk, Tue. & Thur., Dr. Celestin is one of 'THE BEST' Dr.'s I've had in My entire Life, He is 'BEYOND THOROUGH' & His Bedside Manner is Impeccable, He Always asks If You have any questions & Above All, He Breaks down All of Your lab results & even gives You a Copy to look over for Yourself....You Never feel rushed, to get out of the office, for the Next patient to be seen...This is What makes a 'GREAT DR.' & That's Why He's My Dr...???? Horrible. Want to come in because I am sick and was asked to first take a Covid test. Ridiculous! Isn't that what a doctor is for? Why should we go somewhere else first? When we brought our daughter to her doc with same symptoms, her primary took her and gave the Covid test. Definitely changing primary care doctor!

Updated all my information with the front desk which I found out they claimed they called a number which I never had. They state they called to reschedule the number I never had. Had to make this appointment to get my medicine which I ran out of. The office stated they could not squeeze me in but to make another appointment which is another month out. The wait time whether virtual or in person is horrendous, the staff in all offices are rude. This dr prescribed my grandma medicine for covid and it’s been 3 days and he has not sent it to the pharmacy after countless phone calls with us begging someone to send it in.

Best doctor around. His many years in the ER have given him insight that many other doctors do not have. He has been our primary care physician for many years.

Corona staff very unprofessional, went here several weeks ago Results for test were refused via phone, copies should be provided. Upon arrival to clinic, they expected a 93 year old male to wait in the rain because waiting room was full, which was not true. Further they expect elderly patients , a population they serve & high risk for falls, to walk up & down stairs for services. Roaches in examination room. Rooms not properly disinfected, tourniquets left on exam table. Staff are degrading towards patients , very rude, unprofessional, and unsympathetic. Office visit lasted four hours.

had a 2 hours wait before being seen. When i was finally seen everything was okay. I called 6 weeks later to get a prescription refilled and they said the only way i can do that is to come in again...I said for what purpose? to pay another copay..um no thanks..will not be going back.

I called for an appointment Dr. three months before, but the day of my appointment another Dr appear arguing dr. could not come. This happen several times. This situation is happening before to COVID19 national emergency.

I love the MA’s :) they’re so lovely to talk to. This office is taking EVERY precaution possible under covid. Friendly staff overall. Rating is due to personal circumstances in which paper work for employers got lost, not resolved for at least an additional week on three occasions ☹️ Good vibes though. Horrible service never come back

The doctors and pa's here are amazing, but the ladies at the front desk are rude, unprofessional and very nasty. They act like they don't want to help you. If you're 10 minutes late, they won't help you and will make you reschedule but they have no problem making you sit down and wait for 2+ hours. Will be switching very soon.

The staffs are very irresponsible, The staff did not submit for pre approval and did not send the referral until and unless being requested 2/3 times . It took three and half weeks to get to for cardiac ct scan and go for emergency Stent in my heart on 3 block. Dr. Is Running late 1.30 min to two hours. Waiting and running behind is a regular practice . I had heart blockage 99% plus and 90%. The office did not find anything until I found out after 2 months of living with chest pain at NSUH hospital after the heart CT , which I had to beg for. It is a severe negligence and irresponsible office I have ever seen, I will not recommend anyone and take family out of this Dr. office for better health care. I felt neglected and careless. Staff are not carring as well. I will not see this Dr. who almost killed me with heart disease and not helping me or guide me unless and I begged for. Very bad experience. I had a 4:40 appointment, was taken in at 5:30; and did not see a doctor until 6:00. The receptionists are rude. When I got to the pharmacy the prescription had not been called in. When I called the office to ask about it I was told “she’s busy” and then they hung up. That’s the last time they will see me. I’m always on time for my appointments and I make it a point to avoid doctors who don’t give their patients the same respect they think they themselves deserve. Very bad experience. This place is the worst ever. Silvio Tasso is the worst place I have ever gone.

This office is horrible. The girls can’t do anything correct. Took me 17 days for them to get a prescription authorized after I called about 15x. I leave messages for the doctor - he never returned my call. Will be calling my ins co to report how unprofessional they are

Excellent doctor

Dr. Tasso ans staff are well educated and friendly. Would recommend this office and their physicians to anyone looking.

Dr Tasso is a caring physician that does not skip any steps. He keeps health practice Real - excellent doc

I would highly recommend Dr. Tasso. He is a physician that truly cares for his patients. He was thorough and asked many questions showing true concern for me and my health. There should be more physicians like him around.
