I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Morgan & the staff at this very well organized doctors office. They are always very nice & not moody. Dr. Morgan is one of the best doctors I have had in a long time. He is a good listener, to what your symptoms may be & is very helpful in lots a ways. I went to the er to be check for infection ..knowing my own body.. he told me nothing was wrong with me that I had a bad reaction to my medicine that I was taking and he was wrong. I knew that wasn't right. I got a second opinion and I had a severe sinus infection! And he sent me home with no antibiotics or a prescription for any antibiotics for my well being. He was rude and not very friendly and had me in tears when I left the er.

My special place to go to get help to see the doctor to keep up with my health issues. Every one is very helpful and very friendly ????. Karen Anderson is my go to person at this office. She is a good doctor. She listens to your complaints ☺️ and take time to check you out, and come out with good answers to get you feeling better. worst service ever. called to get an order that was advised 2 weeks ago. put on hold, transferred, then hung up on. called back got answering service. no return call.

We have waited all day by the phone for an important medical phone call from this office regarding medical care for my husband. We called several times and left messages with our name and number. I can understand not returning calls during the day if your patient load is too heavy. But why can't a nurse or the doctor return a phone call at the end of the work day? Everytime I go there I'm treated as family everyone knows me by name and makes sure I'm in good health and takes care of all my concerns. I'm come all the way from Augusta to here and It's worth it !

UPDATED REVIEW: Had to reduce 5 Star review to just two, because this office is obviously having some issues. Failing to answer phones during normal business hours and then compounding that practice by failing to return messages patients are forced to leave asking for an appointment. How can you make an appt. if they won't answer the phone and won't return your call? Maybe it isn't the office staff's fault? Maybe the doctor doesn't want to work? Hard to believe, and what about Karen, does the staff return her patients' calls? But, if so, why the heck are they not just answering their phones as they should to begin with? Saddened by this turn of events. Seemed to be a good doctor at prior appointments. Observant, thorough. Oh, well.... we're not going to beg for appointments, two messages left without a return call were two too many. WAS TOLD DOCTOR IS 5⭐ (BUT NEVER SAW HIM) N KAREN ANDERSON DEFINATLY IS. "BUT" THE NOOOO RETURN CALLS N NO ONE EVER ANSWERING CALLS USUALLY MEANS MAJOR EMERGENCIES OR INADEQUATE OFFICE STAFF. SMH N WONT BE GOING BACK

Dr Sid Morgan had terrific bedside manor and very helpful at my appointment. They saw me on Time and got me out quickly with time to spare (total time there 30 minutes). It was my first appointment in years but they were prepared. Hopefully I will not be back but if illness strikes I will be returning.

does not take time to check you out went for a physical he came in looked in my mouth and listen to me breath and said how you fill i said of nothing else was done he stamp the paper and said good luck LOL no blood work nothing sit in the Dirty Office with the ceiling falling down this place is a dump and you will wait a long time for nothing. do not waste your time and Staff are Very rude !!!
