We were displeased with how long it took her to take our request for testing serious as any parent would be especially seeing something worse could have happened in the time she refused testing. We ended up having to go to an independent lab to get testing done to prove to her something was wrong with our child after which she was willing to cooperate once she saw the proof. For this reason we had to move on. Our child's health is priority to us and should have been to her!

Superior pediatrician! My daughter did not want to move to another doctor when she turned 21. Dr Pleasant was her physician from birth and she was a role model, mentor, confidant and committed doctor. I will continue to recommend Dr Pleasant to new mothers!

DR. PLEASANT IS AN EXCELLENT PHYSICAN THAT HAS CARED FOR MY DAUGHTER SINCE BIRTH. MY DAUGHTER SUFFERED FROM REFLUX, LACTOSE INTOLERANCE AND PENNICILLIN ALLERGIES SINCE SHE WAS AN INFANT. SHE ALSO HAS ALLERGIES TO POLLEN AND ASTHMA. DR. PLEASANT ADDRESSED EACH ISSUE DILIGENTLY AND ALWAYS RESPONDED TO MY CONCERNS. SHE LISTENS TO HER PATIENTS, AND IS VERY CARING AND ATTENTIVE. SHE IS A BLESSING TO ME AND MY DAUGHTER.

My son had an appointment for a cold sore. When Dr. Pleasant came in the room and asked what the visit was for I told her a cold sore. She then told me she wish her receptionist had of told me there is nothing she can do about a cold sore she told us to take a picture and if it returns to come back. It didn't return and we never went back. 3 months later I get a call stating I owe a balance. She said because she came in the room and gave us a paper on cold sores we owed her.

Dr. Pleasant has been a GOD send! My newborn has special needs and she has worked with me to obtain all the appropriate referrals. As a new mom with lots of questions, I am very appreciative that she is patient and understanding. She even has called me at home to check on Jessica. Thank you Dr. Pleasant

Everytime we schedule an appointment my grandbaby is here for more than 2 hours. I understand things happen but not everytime she needs an appointment. Why is the wait so long is what I don't understand? It makes no sense to me.
