Dr. Shobha Jagadeesh

She’s rude, talks to people like they are nothing when in reality she’s a blank piece of paper. Don’t waste your time and energy with her, you won’t get anywhere.

Dr Jagadeesh rushes through your visit, it is nothing more than checking a box. She doesn't listen at all. She told me my sore throat could be covid, could be nothing at all or could be something serious. She did not recommend a covid test and then told me I should check my throat myself and to call back if it still hurt in 10 days. I had to call twice to get the results of my blood work. The results were mailed to me a week later showing my cholesterol was high. No call, no follow up.

Dr Jagadeesh AND all of the staff I have come in contact with have all been respectful and helpful. I feel they are very knowledgeable and are understanding of my specific issues and needs. Actually set up other resources for me without my asking. I highly recommend this office for your medical care. My one issue is that I feel the office is growing too large to handle the number of patients. If you aren’t a patient patient this may not be the office for you. She is highly sought after. In the past, I would have given Dr. Jagadeesh a good review, but her bedside manner has gone downhill. At my last visit, she spoke to me in a very condescending manner which no doctor should do to a patient. I will be finding a new primary care physician.

Great. Thoughtful, professional, aware of alternative and proactive approaches to health. Totally gets my recommendation.

I really like Dr. Jagadeesh. At times she is guilty of trying to help more people than what time allows her comfortably and that may lead to a hurried feeling. Hey everyone has their days. She has always been helpful, thoughtful and accommodating. If she is unfamiliar with something she will look into it and not just feed you lines. She has been so helpful in various situations with me over the years that I cant say enough good things about her. I am not always easy to deal with and yet she has remained polight. I don't want any other doctor as I have already experienced enough of them. If you have issues with her you should check yourself, just sayn Margaret Barnett Ct. 7/23/20

Very bad experience. Went in for hip pain. Took her weeks to refer me to an Orthopedic. Insisted on me going to an Ortho that they normally use. This Dr didn't accept my insurance. Had to call many times to tell them. The office staff is very rude. Never able to talk to Dr Jaagadeesh. Only able to speak to one of the upwards of 20 women answering phone who told me I'd receive a call back but never once did. Many many errors on prescription refills. Too many calls and too much stress added to the physical pain I had to endure waiting everyday for doctor to help me. Do not go to this doctor. Very bad experience. Went in for hip pain. Our family loves and trusts Dr Jagadeesh! Never had any problems with her office staff!

I'm not sure I believe the negative posts submitted, as I have found Dr. Jagadeesh to be absolutely wonderful as a clinician. She has a contagious bedside manner and willingness to do research for the betterment of the patient. She helped get me to a diagnosis that numerous other doctors did not find. My stomach pain and anxiety have gone down dramatically. I will continue to fight this battle for the rest of my life, due to being diagnosed with a very rare disease. I trust her whole heartedly and appreciate her attention to detail and timely follow-up. Keep up the great work Doctor!!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Never in my life has a Dr office actually add to my pain. Dr J rushes you, doesn't listen to you and will never call you back. Will only be able to leave messages with about 6 women working there. All of them state message marked urgent but still days go by with no call back. Referral took 3 weeks because they kept sending it to a practice that doesn't accept my insurance. Does not give specific lab results AFTER I called them...they never called me. I was spoke very rudely to by everyone in that office. It was a nightmare that I'm still in shock from. Unprofessional. Do not go to this office. I repeat..AVOID!

She can be inattentive and impatient especially with an elderly person with several questions

All nice people to manage your health with

Truly a provider who cares about the health and happiness of her patients. The team at this office are caring and personable people.

I just had an allergic reaction to a topical steroid cream she prescribed me. She refused to see me when I stopped by to show her my huge rash. This is such a poor ethical reaction, she will no longer be my primary care physician.

Receptionists are Rude. Completely Unprofessional. Dr. J Completely messed up my Referral and Has Left Me in Pain And Without a Referral for an MRI for my Back. NOT Happy

I've been several times, receptionists are friendly and the APRN has always been very nice and provided care. Highly recommended!

Terrible! Leaving her practice! Misdiagnosed my husband and said he had a sinus issue and he had a terminal brain tumor! Then had the nerve to send a "get well soon" card.

Friendly and experienced staff, very little wait time, would recommend to friends and family.

She is super awesome. A doctor I visited before I visited dr Shobha had mis-diagnosed my ailment as an infection. Dr Shobha looked at it and arrived at the conclusion that it was a reaction to poison ivy exposure. Treatment and time proved that she was so right. She is a real savior!
