Dr. Shashishekhar Palekar

Dr. Palekar has been my Physician for 6 years. He is Great! He always listens to me, gives an efficient exam, provides letters, order tests. He also has a great sense of humor. It's hard to find a Doctor like him. He is the best Primary care Doctor I have been to in my Adult years.

I have been going to Dr Palekar for over 20 years. He is always considerate and takes the time to hear you; not just see you as a number. He is well respected and extremely knowledgeable; always staying current with new medicines and procedures. The staff is lovely!!!

Dr. Palekar is a great Doctor. He is always thorough, and on top of my medical issues. He provides me with referrals, sets up appnts and is genuinely interested in my overall health. I'm satisfied and happy with him being my physician!

Dr Palekar is been our family physician for years. His staff is welcoming, understanding and very cordial. Dr Palekar listens patiently and never rushes a consultation. He always makes the patient feel hopeful when explaining the diagnosis and treatment plans. Highly recommend him.

Has been my doctor for 25 yrs. Also took care of my mother until her death. He is hands down one of the best people I know and the best doc I’ve ever had. I trust him implicitly. Visits are always enjoyable. Staff is terrific. If I move to PA I will just drive up to keep seeing him. He loves his work. Totally.

I was a patient of Dr. Palekar for 15 years before relocating. He was always very attentive to my overall health, careful and complete in his process of diagnosis, and always responsive to my needs and concerns. On more than one occasion, his care literally saved my life. When I was in the hospital under another physicians care, he still visited me and was warm and cordial. I highly recommend Dr. Palekar. He's nothing more than a business man. He doesn't care about his patients. He will pretend he does, and even go as far as giving you his cell phone number but he will not be happy if you call. All he does is write prescriptions based on which companies give him kickbacks. He is miserable and moody. His staff used to be awful, but now they do seem to be much better. The office is newly refurbished but still seems somewhat dated and done very cheaply. Most patients are senior citizens.
