Excellent service

Doctor Gordon is a Great Professional MD. Knows his stuff. He also is a caring understanding human being.

Dr. Gordon and staff did a thorough examination. Explained each test as we went along. No wait time, check in and check out was fast. Would recommend.

Great Doctor!

James Gordon is the best in all categories. Not at all a surprise because he is his father Bruce’s son. Both are unique and very special.

Dr. James Gordon has been my ophthalmologist for 20 years. His care and vigilance are excellent.

Dr. Gordon is kind and understanding, I felt at ease during my consult. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon, he is very knowledgeable and I feel confident in my choice of doctors.

My appointment was on time. Everyone was courteous and did their part of my appointment well. Dr. Gordon was excellent as always. The best ophthalmologist!

Dr Gordon is an amazing eye doctor. kind cheerfull compasionate and professional. he is very friendly and outs you at ease right away. and takes your mind off worries, he cares and treat you like family. he does take his time and reviews all the details with you. I have been seeing him for the last 15+ years and have been extremly satisfied with the overall care and service.

Dr. James Gordon is the best ophthalmologist I’ve ever experienced and the staff were exceptional. The practice is well organized, excellent communicators, calm and professional. Works with very modern equipment and answers all your questions. Dr. Gordon is extremely thorough and patient. My mom had a terrible vision. The right eye was blind 0/20 and left eye was completely blurry. Dr. James Gordon preformed a laser cataract surgery for both eyes! Her vision is now perfect!!!!! 20/20 for both eyes. He is a great doctor! Very professional, explains everything and the most important for me taks the properly time for each patient.

I am completely satisfied with all the services I’ve received over the years,, however,,, one problem. My wife gets Dorzolomide-Timilol in a 10 Ml bottle.with 3 refills. She uses 4 drops per day which lasts 50 days not 90 as prescribed. A 10 Ml bottle contains 200 drops ( Google verified). After the 50 days CVS will not refill this prescription until the 90 days are up. I was informed by Dr Wang that she must be wasting drops and even so she has 3 refills. Don’t you folks realize that the druggist will NOT refill until the 90 days??? And so far as wasting drops,, no way,, I do the dispensing for my wife and am exceedingly careful not to waste a single drop. Also. Refills must wait the 90 days. She is legally blind in one eye and I’m fearful that she may go totally blind for not having this medication for 40 days. Dr. Gordon was extremely personable and empathetic, really taking the time to get to know me and my concerns. That alone was incredibly refreshing in this age of blink-and-you'll-miss-it doctor visits. I had a large cyst on my eyelid for quite some time. Dr. Gordon was very friendly and was able to clear that and other smaller ones I had around my eyes. He gave me back my confidence. He was precise and informative and I am glad I was referred to him.

Dr. Gordon's staff is just incredible!!! I wasn't able to stay with my father in the waiting room and he is very hard of hearing and refuses to wear a hearing aid. The first words out of my father's mouth were how amazing the staff was; they were so kind and most importantly thorough!!! They kept checking up on me and checking my blood pressure. I can't thank these angels enough for making my father feel comfortable and safe. THANK YOU!!

Although the wait was long, almost 1 hr, the wait was worth it. Dr. Gordon is professional, complete. He explains his findings and what is appropriate treatment. As a surgeon, he did not push cataract surgery at the present time as it was not functionally necessary. Highly recommend.
