Dr. Shantonu Ghosh

Most physicians are pricks, but Dr. Ghosh is the most dismissive #$%+ I've ever had the displeasure of being treated by (overall I'm not terribly impressed with the UR medical system). Was misdiagnosed by Ghosh for months and it was only after I self-diagnosed my illness after hours of online research, and after insisting to him that I had in fact found the diagnosis, that he actually ordered the appropriate test and I FINALLY, after 7 months of pain, received the correct treatment.

He is very thorough and very kind and tells you and explains everything he does...Goes over your meds and spends the time with you and you never feel like your hurried.Works to make a health plan that is easy for you..Thank you Dr. Ghosh for being a caring doctor..

I’m always impressed by Dr. Ghosh’s wide range of knowledge, his flexible approaches to treatment, and his kindness. Dr. Ghosh is honest—not blunt. Dr. Ghosh is caring—not enabling. The office staff is friendly, supportive, and efficient.

Kind, compassionate and so helpful. Dr. Ghosh is a wonderful doctor. I have never met a physician so caring...well worth your time.

The best doctor I have ever been to. Thorough, kind, explains everything, reviews your medications at every visit to make sure you haven't started something he does not have on your record, takes time with you to make sure you understand, listens to your concerns. GradeA.
