Dr. Ruggless is an AMAZING Dr.!!! I was super scared going to get my tooth pulled today, and he made it very comfortable and it didn't even hurt, didn't know it was out!! Friendly staff very comfy office I'll be back for sure!!

I have some special dental needs and was very nervous moving to a new town where I'd have to find new doctors and dentists. I am so glad my husband found Ruggless Dental! A great group of professionals ! I especially appreciate their early morning hours!

Dr. Ruggless and his staff are extremely warm, welcoming, and professional! Laura is the best (and friendliest) hygienist that I've ever had. Shane is great with kids as well, having little ones of his own. Top of the line dental care!

Dr. Ruggless is a great dentist. In addition to his excellent dentistry, he is always very kind and caring. He is always prompt, and I have never encountered a long wait. His staff is also excellent. Awesome. Very nice and great to work with.

Top shelf operation from reception desk to exit door. All staff professional, efficient and courteous.

They do a great job of putting the kids at ease and happy to be there. I can't say enough good things about everyone there.

Dr. Ruggless placed crowns on my broken and dark front teeth; it was not painful and changed my life; I can smile, eat anything, and enjoy life at 70.

1) My appointments are on schedule (don't wait 30 minutes after my allocated time) which is fabulous. 2) The music playing on office sound system is incredible and uplifting. 3) Really like Dr. R and his staff. They do good work.

Always very friendly and concerned about making me comfortable! I have sensitive teeth on one side and do not always look forward to my cleaning. My hygienist, Laura, does her best to make it as comfortable and easy as possible.

Dr. Ruggless and his team at Ruggless Dental were highly recommended to me by close friends and co-workers. After my first experience there, I can see why! The dental hygienist took the time to explain every step of the cleaning process. She showed me before and after pictures and gave me simple tips to try at home to keep my teeth healthy. Since I am also a first time mom, she discussed proper dental care for babies and toddlers. Dr. Ruggless and his staff were kind, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had. I have been a patient, at the dentistry in Clocktower, since I was a little girl. As shocking as it was to hear Dr. Cross would no longer be my dentist, Dr. Ruggless made the transition easy. He is very approachable, knowledgeable, and everything you could ask for in a dentist. My questions are answered and I leave the appointment very satisfied. The staff has always been fantastic and the atmosphere is truly welcoming.

Wonderful doctor and staff! I have real bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I warned them about it in advance & they made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend this office for dental appointments.

Dr. Ruggless does excellent work. I recently had two dental crown procedures and one cavity filled. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have a dentist of Dr. Ruggless's caliber practicing in the Springfield area.

I have known Dr. Ruggless since I first went to Auburn Dental in the winter of 2013. He moved to this office some time ago, and I was still going to the auburn dental group in Auburn. Recently, I had an exposed nerve that the dentists at Auburn Dental was supposed to fix. Well they permanently closed which left me stranded. I found Dr. Ruggless through a Facebook feed, and called him and he helped me out tremendously. I thought to myself enough was enough with the pain I have been thru, and his receptionist, Suzy talked to the doctor about getting me in to pull a tooth, and they got me in ASAP. This right here is a great dentist group. I appreciate Dr. Ruggless and his staff very much. They saved my life from teeth pain. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very educated about dentistry. He explained everything completely and was very professional.

Dr. Rugless and his staff are always on time, professional, and provide great explanations. During a recent procedure they made every effort to assure my comfort, even checking to see if I needed extra medication to numb the area during the middle of the procedure. This was much appreciated! I was completely pain free!

Dr. Ruggless is very thorough and gentle in his dental techniques. If such a thing is possible in a dental experience, one can almost fall asleep in the dental chair! He uses the latest in dental practice technology. He explains what he is doing and what is happening as the procedures unfold. I had a crown and filling replaced in a wisdom tooth which is about as difficult a tooth to work on as possible. Dr. Ruggless did an excellent job.
