Visited the office of Dr Mohan and the staff was fantastic, welcoming, understanding, courteous and "on time". The NP was fantastic and they even had a Sonoran Quest Lab in the same office. Great visit all and all.

Office staff appears unable to communicate patients requests to doctors abs NP. Because they couldn’t get a simple prescription refill information to my pharmacist of 27 years, they told me to change doctors! I was with this practice for 27 years I have no idea if doctor Mohan herself was ever consulted. But no one seems to care!

We recently moved from California to Arizona. We were worried and anxious about finding a new doctor in Arizona. My granddaughter recommended Dr. Mohan and we couldn’t be more pleased. She is available, a good listener, knowledgeable, caring and very thorough. We consider this doctor a real find for our piece of mind concerning our medical health. Dr. is decently capable but the administration, communication, and efficiency of the staff is THE WORST! Nearly impossible to get any information from the staff and we never got a call back when leaving a message with an issue over a medication interaction, a refill. or a test result.

Dr Mohan - when you can get in to see her - is terrific. Her staff ranges from bumbling to incompetent to rude. Pick one of the above. Most of the problems I ran into impacted my health, a lot of missed diagnoses, missed communications etc. from reading the reviews looks like this is an ongoing issue.

Dr Mohan has been my doctor for 3 years. I trust her and she always takes time to answer my questions. I am happy to recommend her.

Dr Mohan is an excellent doctor. She has been my PCP for 15 years and I am so happy she was referred to me by a colleague years ago. She is always there for me and is so thorough in all she does.

When we moved here 6 yrs ago I asked around for a good doctor. Several people named Seema. We have NOT been disappointed. Love her

Where did the professionalism go, when one is seeing a Dr.? If you want that, don't visit this practice. They are so lacking, I just don't know how she still has patients. All my star evaluation are a -10 stars, but that is not offered in this review program.

Dr. Mohan is the best, most competent doctor I have had in my 72 years of existence. She is very thorough and has diagnosed issues that could have become very serious down the road,e.g.prostate cancer, partially blocked arteries. It is important in my opinion to evaluate her separately from the staff or billing department.

After 6 years as a patient, being called back for a blood pressure check. I got the appointment time wrong and was advised to go to Wallgreens to get my blood pressure checked. Outrageous.

Dr Mohan -- fantastic!! She's caring. Her staff? Wannabe's for the Walking Dead! Rude is being nice. They sit behind a glass barrier and don't even recognize when a new patient enters the facility. They re surly, dour and act like the world is out to get them. I made Dr Mohan aware of this -- no change. Same ugly, surly, uncaring, un-customer-focused (oops -- that means they'd have to know what a customer is. My bad -- THEY DON'T!) I'd stay away if you have something serious -- I was 'abandoned' in the waiting room for more than 45 minutes with a level 8 pain in my right hip (later diagnosed as osteoarthritis). I have to say that unfortunately I have had mixed results with this practice. I think Dr Mohan truly cares about her patients, as does her PA staff. However when it comes to providing services to anyone with chronic conditions or difficult ailments to diagnose, they really struggle and are quick to refer you out to specialists, making routine trips to the dr even worse as now you have to go see 3 or 4 of them. Additionally their constant mishandling of prescription orders/refills (even the most basic such as Blood Pressure Meds) and lack of basic "customer care" principles to fix issues when they screw up is enough to frustrate even the most understanding patient. I find this doctor to be quite thorough, informative, and caring. Her office also seems efficient.

Absolutely the BEST doc I've ever had! My husband has a rare brain disease, and it was Dr. M who first realized that something wasn't right. She started us on a path of finding the best treatment, and she was behind us every step of the way. When my dad would visit in the winter, she took care of him with compassion even though he could be a bit grouchy. Her physicals are really thorough and she believes you when you tell her that something is off. She takes time to listen and really cares.

She seems to be a fairly competent doctor but her office staff are incompetent and untrained. Long hold times to schedule an appt., referrals to specialists take many phone calls and follow up, prescriptions rarely get sent to the correct place if at all, staff tells you they will do something and rarely do. I went to her for 5 years and finally got so frustrated with her office staff I had to change doctors.

The staff is very unprofessional when it comes to contacting the insurance companies and refilling prescriptions. DO NOT come here to get prescribed medications, they put off everything for months, and my prescriptions did not get filled until I started calling them daily and pressured them to do so. Very poor customer service.

Staff is friendly enough but incompetent in phone skills, common sense, lack of training is obvious and has been for years. Doctor is competent enough, likeable but a poor practice manager herself. Phone calls aren't returned, prescriptions a messed up repeatedly, A nurse practitioner is also Ok but does not return calls when needed. I was told over the phone she may or may not call you back because she is very busy today.

This MD is simply not competent. I have an elderly parent that was misdiagnosed multiple times. She has just lost a kidney to cancer that should have been caught more than 4 years ago. Symptoms of night sweats in the elderly are not normal. Three years ago there was a misdiagnosis of a foot fracture. There was an ultrasound ordered but never an x-ray despite the foot being swollen several times it normal size. After walking on it for 6 weeks my 89 yr old mother admitted her self to the hospital for treatment. If you are seeking her advice beware . This MD is simply not competent.
