Dr.Mathew is a great doctor who takes his time with you no matter how many patients he has he cares about his patience i would recommend him to anyone

I moved to lusby in 2020 from North Carolina and I think he’s the best doctor I’ve had. Understanding and takes his time to explain, not a long wait when in office or video visit. He’s nice and the staff is too.

Horrible don't go to this office until your ready spend the entire day with only seeing the nurse

The receptionist (Shaunté) was professional, patient and helpful. The Medical Assistant (Debbie) was sweet and professional as always. Doctor Mathew always gave vital information on how I can stay healthy.

Always late seeing patients. 3pm appt turns into 4pm

Dr. Mathew, his MA, and the front desk ladies are great! They’re super helpful, and extremely nice. Dr. Mathew has a great attitude and great bed side manner. The waits are a little long, but it’s also just him, so I know to be patient. He’s worth the wait! Great doctor, great staff!

Very great doctor and staff is great as well..

I have been going to dr Mathews for a few years. He is very knowledgeable about many things, personal care, mental health, traumatic injury recovery and the like. It may take some time on your first visit but their wait times arent bad.

I was there to support my client. First thing we waited for a hour and when i asked if there was a estimate when we would be seen i was told I will call you sir. Then we we were finally seen the nurse asked my client who is he. I introduced myself and explained why i was here. Again not acknowledging me she looks at the client and says he can come back when we are done. Wow i definitely insist everyone to go somewhere else. I was there to support my client. Dr. Mathew and his staff have been so accommodating And essential to our family and my husbands Health. After 15 years in the Air force & multiple deployments PTSD creeped into our home. Our local VA totally failed our family with appointment 5 month out and no med refills from the Charlotte hall outpatient clinic. Diane and dr Mathew work so hard for and with us to make sure the quality of life my husband has is improving. I am so blessed to have their support as a wife, from scheduling to assisting my husband transition into civilian life. While the process has been slow it has been effective in the over all well being of our entire family. Yes the wait time in the office may be long (MAYBE 20 min. Was the longest) but the care and attention he receives explains the wait time. Dr Mathew gives my husband 100% of his knowledge and experience. Have appointment 3:15. It's now 4:20. Totally unprofessional. Will never come back here again. That includes my familiy

I'm sure the doctor is lovely but I'll never know. Appointment was at 11:15, I sat in the waiting room until noon before leaving. If I were 45 minutes late to an appointment, they'd cancel it and charge me a no-show fee- and rightfully so!

Spent 2 hours total, but over all Dr. Scaria was really cool and acted very professional and his staff was awesome and very kind as well.

Dr Mathew has been our family Doctor for 25 years. He is very caring and has a professional bedside manor. He has always been there for my family.

I’m still in the waiting room! Been here for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Very unprofessional!! My wife was here last week and they had her wait 2 hours too..

Would give 0 stars if I could. Always behind on appts. 2-3 hours at least. Takes on way more patients than he can handle

If i could leave no stars, i would. He is always running behind schedule. Usually dont get seen by him until 2 hours AFTER appt time. Then he rushes me out the door so he can walk back to his office and keep his other patients waiting..

Sometimes the Dr. is running a little behind the appt time but the other positives more than make up for it! Not only is his Staff very friendly but they make every effort to provide same day appt whenever I have been sick. Also Dr. Mathew does not make his patients come in to find out results of blood work, either he or his Nurse have personally called and provided the results.
