Dr. Sava delivered both my kids, who are now 26 and 21...He is a tremendous physician and a great guy. NM is lucky to have him.

Dr. Sava is the best! Great doctor who pays attention and seems to actually care.

Dr Sava is SO cheerful. He walked me through my treatment which he set up for me at no cost, which would have been so expensive other wise..I do wish these Doctors would write scripts for Pain Meds. I do not abuse them, but it seems like since it's a opioid crisis we Edlerly have to pay the price & go without pain meds or have to pay an extra 45.00 per month to see a pain med doctor..All politics..We get the shaft while the younger generation keep O.D.ing.I see them selling pills on the streets all the time. It's so sad to see them addicited ..I wish someone would speak out for the ederly about these pain meds. It hurts so much without them & the doctors aren't what they use to be like..Most don't care anymore.I see that in a lot of these doctors offices..But Dr.Sava is a good Doctor, just in a hurry.. I have been with Dr. Sava for the past 15 years and you couldn't pay me to see another Dr. I trust Dr. Sava with anything and everything. He is so caring and he is great at his work.

I lost my doctor so my best friend recommended Dr. Sava. I have early onset arthritis which started in my 40's. It is severe and throughout my body. I have had both hips replaced, a hip revision, need a shoulder replacement, have to have foot surgery. High blood pressure runs in my family and my youngest brother went into congestive heart failure this year because of untreated high blood pressure. I had been blessed to have a wonderful doctor the last 8 years. I have some other health issues too. Basically, I need a doctor mostly for maintenance. I have been to so many doctors over the years and have been put on so many different medications in the attempt to control my pain and deal with other issues. I have been having problems with my blood pressure and before my doctor left she put me on something that I had a strong reaction to. So I was looking for it to be replaced to ensure what happened to my brother doesn't happen to me. THE KICKER. I went for my appointment to establish. I spent over 2 hours with an intern. He went to talk to Dr. Sava and was gone maybe 10 minutes. Then Dr. Sava comes in and spends all of 10 minutes with me. My blood pressure was high when I got there. My old doctor had given me an emergency prescription to use if my daily one did not work because my pressure gets up to heart attack and stroke levels. So after they took my pressure, I took one. Dr. Sava came in and had the intern take my pressure again. It was normal - because I had taken a blood pressure pill which I told him. Basically, he just didn't want to deal with me. I am on pain killers because I am allergic to arthritis medications and have a damaged esophagus and can't take anti-inflamatories. He took his few minutes me and told me that he didn't manage pain. Didn't talk to me about any other issues or prescriptions. He said that my blood pressure was low (which it was because I had taken a pill which I twice expressed) and that he would not prescribe me anything else and he left. The only conclusion I can come to is that it is all about the money. And since other doctors have already figured out my problems and for now all I need is maintenance, I won't be having a lot of visits to make him money. Maybe he thought since I am on pain killers that I'm addicted, which I'm not. They help me do the basics of life. I have been to physical therapy for every part of my body and they have taught me what to do when the pain is getting out of control because the arthritis is severe and its osteoarthritis and there is nothing anyone can do about its progression. So I think he was a terrible doctor. He spent NO time with me and certainly not even enough time with his intern to even understand what is going on with me. I lost my mom October 31st, a brother two months later and a third brother went into congestive heart failure right after my brother died. There was zero compassion or any attempt to help me. All I can say is, I have seen him once and my impression of him, is, that he was willing to listen to me and advise me on my medical needs in a very professional way, the main thing is that I left his office feeling reassured and happier than I did going in.

I have had a few visits to Dr Sava and find him to be attentive, and intelligent. He provides great communication as to treatments and outcomes.

I do not enjoy going to any Dr., but Dr Sava is wonderful. I like when we get to him. He was my husbands Dr and now my son likes to go see him.

I've seen Dr.Sava for years & he is always right on top of things going on with my well being! He's always so caring & knowledgeable in what he does, he always has my best interest at heart. Unlike many doctors I have seen in the past he listens to what is going on & makes actions to help resolve & get to the bottom of things. I do not feel like another number when I am in his office I feel like a person. He knows myself & family members by name & is always the same caring doc everytime!
