I seen this Dr today it took him forever for me to wait on him good 30 mins after the assistant ask the questions she says he would be right with me I sat there for 30 plus mins .he finally came in ask me few questions has the assistant get me a gown while after he stepped out of the room .I waited another 30 mins or more after he exam in me he told me get dressed he be in to talk to me put a good scare in me then says we can schedule surgery get you colon test .I said what's the surgery for .? He told me .I said well if ok I wanna think on this ask if it was ok .he gave me answer and act like he wanted to talk to me bout questions I had .he had the door open answer my questions for every one to hear .what about the privacy act? Cripes .he was rushing out the door like some body else on here says . He seem more worry bout the money . I have been a patient of his for 4 yrs. Have always had problems getting my medication in a timely manner. I think it is because I am on Passport. But if you don't won't to accept the insurance and what goes along with it, then don't. I have currently been out of the medication he prescribes me for 10 days. I have called his office several times to no avail. If you need a doctor...DO NOT CHOOSE HIM!!!! I have been a patient of his for 4 yrs. I have spoke to Mary at Dr. Jain's office, she is amazing! She is so helpful, she has always answered all of my questions in regards to my Son's care! Thank you Dr. Jain and your staff for the great experience we have had with your office!

My mom was a patient of his. After having a biopsy done, he requested that she come to the office and would not give the results over the phone. Naturally, we thought it was going to be bad news. After waiting 45 minutes to see him, he came in the room and said the biopsy results were fine, wasn't even in the room for more than 2 minutes. He made her go through the stress of worrying just so he could collect a copay! Now, 2 months later, he STILL has not cashed the check for the copay! His office staff is wonderful. He doesn't really listen when you talk, his staff put in my insurance info incorrectly back in September and gave me a number to their billing department and told me it was my job to correct it. I had 2 procedures done at 2 different locations and even tho o gave them the proper insurance info they still billed it incorrectly as well and here it is the end of January and I am still fighting to get things corrected. His office takes no responsibility. They outsource their billing and do not even give them access to their patients insurance info, all they'd have to do is have their patients sign a consent form... he wasn't able to help me with the issue I was having but didn't suggest what I should do next but tried to put me on medication and wouldn't tell me what for and tried to continue scheduling me for appointments. I had an appointment yesterday. The worst bedside manner I've ever seen. He didn't introduce himself, never looked me in the eyes, never shook my hand, walked out without goodbye. TERRIBLE !! The lady that scheduled my appointment was just as rude !! I will never go back or refer anyone to go there !!

I would like to say thank you Dr.Sanjay JainMD An his Associates for the warm welcome I recieved in his office an helping me in my time of illness.

He was very thorough and took time to listen. We got our endoscopy done within a few days. I am very happy.

Worst experience I've ever had ! Terrible bedside manner. Not even a introduction ! Not even a thank you good bye. Some Drs need to learn interpersonal relationship !! Even the lady that scheduled Mt procedure was unprofessional.. I never had a Dr office so uncaring in my life. I will never come back. I will never refer anyone there. Learn to have compassion, care, show concern, introduce yourself to your patients, say thank you for coming, say GOOSBYE, gesh !!!

He was 5 hours late for first appointment. Second appointment still waiting over and hour late so far.

I went to see the doctor and got a nurse instead! Then they set up a upper and lower go, we got to the hospital and had to wait for the paper work to get done! They had over a month to get that done!
