After paying to have my upper teeth replaced with snap on teeth, they did not fit with my lower teeth. I was assured at the beginning that they would always make sure that upper and lower teeth would fit together appropriately for biting and chewing. This did not happen and even though I returned 3 times for this problem that was created by the upper teeth , no one cared. Once they had their money, my needs were no longer important. Twice when I went back I was charged for services for my lower tooth that was hurting due to the top teeth hitting It before touching the rest of the bottom teeth. I would certainly recommend anyone looking for implants to look elsewhere.

I have seen Dr. Patel and a hygienist (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) and was pleased with the service of both. They were pleasant and efficient. I saw Dr. Blount for a consult on a mouthpiece to replace a CPAP. I was very disappointed with this process. After almost a month, the sleep study had still not been read or reviewed. I found this out after *I called *them, was given an appointment a week out, and then waited almost an hour in the office. Dr. Blount (who seemed to be medicated) apologized and offered me a discount (I am self-pay) but the “discounted” cost was exactly what I had originally been quoted. I was looking forward to receiving this device, but I declined to go any further after all of this. My husband saw Dr. Patel also. Unfortunately, he was not impressed. After all of this, we will likely not be back to this office.

Amazing people !!!

Everyone was fantastic. I have no complaints at all from the front office to the receptions to the financial department and to the assistant.

My experience was very pleasant and quick.I had a tooth extraction, and was there just a little over an hour. Very friendly staff.

Great staff with a great Team atmosphere. Yesterday was extractions and a denture "implant". Pretty extreme. I'm grateful and impressed with the skill, speed and precision of the whole process. Not easy for any of us.

I have been going to Thayer Dental Care for 2 years. I highly recommend them. Whenever I had an emergency like a broken tooth, they got me in quickly and made the crown the very same day. Ashley Hatterman does a great job cleaning my teeth. We are very lucky to have this dental clinic in our community!

Went in today for extractions and dentures. Appointment was at 8am. Walked out with new teeth at 9:35am. All extractions went really well. Was treated with great care and respect. Loved my experience!

Updated! I love my new smile! I just want to show it to everyone. My implants from start to finish took a while but so worth it. Now I have teeth I never dreamed I'd have. They are absolutely perfect! **The staff is super friendly and always accommodate my needs in a timely manner. All the details were explained to me. My questions and concerns were answered. Teeth cleaning was very good last week. Had a tooth removed this morning. Staffs are pleasant, courteous and attentive. Dr. B did good. Now waiting on flexible bridges. No complaints.

Everybody's experience is going to be slightly different so all I can do is tell you about mine. The hygienist is great. She is very thorough and very patient. Most of the staff are very nice but there are some who are extremely rude pushy and condescending. When you go in be prepared for high pressure sales tactics. And to be "talked down to." They are a very busy office with a large number of people in there whenever you go for an appointment. I am deathly afraid of the dentist but they were very nice and considerate. Dr. Patel was very nice.... You are expected to go back on a frequent basis. I was not informed of this. But when I said so, I was informed "oh yes you were"... No I was not. I now go to the dentist far more regularly than I ever did when I had teeth. Having posts or implants is not low maintenance. You are expected to reline your dentures on multiple occasions each plate will cost you at least $350 each time. You're cleanings are at least $75 and you must go at least every 6 months otherwise your warranty is void. If you do not follow all of these things they will not help you maintain your dentures. These are things you ought to know before you do it. I waited to do my review for a long time because I wanted to see what the aftercare was like. I'm not impressed. I don't have a problem with things costing money but as a patient you have the right to know that you're expected to be in there on a regular basis having constant ,maintenance done to dentures, because I know, personally, I was not informed... regardless of what anyone there will say. This is not something that you can have done and walk away... You will be constantly going back. So make sure you're okay with that before you go for implants. This is not meant to be mean I am just being honest and hoping this is useful to someone.

Dr. Patel is a very good and gentle dentist. His work is excellent.

Fantastic care. Dr. Patel and staff go out of their way to make sure everything is done right and quickly. I especially have to recommend Tammy and Jade as well as Dr. Patel himself.

Dr Patel and staff are the best! Two hygenists so my husband and I get done at the same time, and both are great! Crowns done the same day because of their lab in the basement.

Over all very good staff, very professional and very understanding when it came to me and being terrified of shots in my mouth.

Should rank a ZERO but it’s not available. If you want incompetence and a cattle call, this is your DENTIST. One dentist and has 7-8 chairs. Got implants about 4 years ago and been back probably 20+ times because of always breaking, and always blame the patient. Had no idea couldn’t even eat a sandwich.

My experience with everyone who works at your dental clinic has been nothing but pleasant. Although I had to change my appointment from January to February due to pneumonia I look forward to seeing you then. My husband has the need for inplants but the cost is supposingly around $11,000 which is huge as he is a retired Veteran.

I am very pleased with the staff and how I have been treated. Have always been able to get right in for any problem I have had during my months of having my dentures to the point of finishing. My only concern is after extraction of my teeth, I have had several trips in which most the the staff have been the ones who did most everything, and very capable of everything they did, But I would like to say that Dr. Patel is great, but as many times as I have been in that office, the Dr. can walk right by and never acknowledge me. I know he is busy, I just think when he see's a patient a smile or hello would be nice.

Then I saw the ad for Dr. Samir Patel and his staff were in my area from his Thayer office. I took a chance with the situation, and drove 25 mi. To see if I was a candidate for his implant procedure. After speaking with Dr. Patel and his inspection of the previous dental work, he stated I was a candidate. My first procedure is May 6th, I am excited and scared at the same time. Today was my 1st visit to TDC and Dr. Patel. I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect, although the state of my teeth is embarrassing to me. In 2 weeks I will be receiving full upper and lower implants and I'm so excited! My son has been a pt of Dr Patel's for some time, and has nothing but good to say about him and his office. I dealt with Madeline mostly, and another girl who handled the impressions, and they both were so nice and easy to talk to. Being an RN, I totally understand what it takes to work in a service industry, where that service makes a difference in a person's life and its quality. If I could give negative stars I would. My husband had his dentures made by them and they have never fit properly. They wanted him to wear them even when they hurt his mouth horribly and couldn't eat. The dental tech had 0 empathy for the patients she worked on. A huge waste of $.

Upon arrival at Thayer Dental Care I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and professional and I was put at ease almost immediately. I had 2 teeth extracted by Dr. Patel last week . I had never had a tooth extracted before so I was a bit nervous; however, Dr. Patel and his staff made it a very comfortable experience. Marilyn Martain had implants that never fit from them!! now needed surgery from this. She had bad implants a new surgeon is now fixing for $30.000. They remove the bad reviews. Many have complained. and they do nothing.You pay for the yearly check up. This is not an oral surgeon rember that. It is hard to get your records also. All of this is true. I am a total dental-phobe, full blown ball of anxiety. Dr Patel And his staff are so kind and very skilled. I love the fact that in the walnut ridge office when you get a crown, due to their advanced technology there is no need for impressions, no need for temporary crown, they make it for you that day and they fit like a dream.

I can honestly say that these guys are the best dentist I've ever had in my entire live. They are so patient and kind even though I'm the biggest baby when it comes to dentist. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and I can't honestly say that about any other dental experience I've ever had.

My Grams broke her bridge and it was time for a full upper plate. I could not find anyone in West Plains who would take her Insurance. I called around and made an appointment with Thayer Dental Care. The staff is pleasant and kind, they took Met Life and by the time the consult was over we made the decision to go with Dr. Patel. They made the Denture casting that day. They have a lab below so everything you need is right in house. He did the extractions on Monday and in a half an hour she had her new top denture and a bottom partial. I had friends who had gone to Dr. Patel for treatment. I was not dissapointed. He was friendly, personable and obviously has superior state of the art dental skills and equipment. The process for getting full mouth implants is a lengthy one. I noticed a lot of dentists who advertised doing the implant process very quickly. Dr. Patel waits until the implants have fully healed with the jawbone. This can vary from patient to patient. So for myself it took a lot longer than I imagined it would but I feel confident in this careful approach that my body will not reject the implants as it does in some cases. Got 18 teeth pulled and implants in bottom. Dentures on top. So far so good. Not had a bit of problems. Go in next month for my permanent ones.

Nothing short of amazing!! Exceptional patient care! I was nervous about getting dentures at my age (42) but Dr. Patel and his staff set my mind at ease! I now have a healthy, beautiful smile again and I couldn't be happier with the results!!
