0 BEDSIDE MANNER NON COMPASSIONATE PICKS CHOOSE FAVORITES, DISREGARDS PATIENTS NOT HER INNER CIRCLE... AS A MATTER OF THE WHOLE STAFF AT THIS FACILITY IS TOTALLY BIASED UNCARING. I HAVE BEEN OUT OF MEDS 5 DAYS AND CANNOT GET REFILLS BECAUSE THIS OFFICE BLACK BALLED ME..I AM 63 AND LOST NOW

Dr. Ligas picks and chooses her patients. She is very rude and don't know what she's doing. My 73 year old mom had an appointment and wasn't allowed inside bc my mom was sick. This makes zero sense! She needed to see a doctor and was turned away bc she was sick ? I'm not stopping here !

Doctor never listens to my concerns and will always act as if my problem is nothing to worry about. I told her once my legs and feet were swollen and had been for awhile and she replied "that's nothing just your body holding water" uh duh, and that's dangerous! She asked me today why I hadn't been to carple tunnel Dr. yet and I told her I wasn't sure if I wanted to get surgery because I've had a couple people who've told me there's were worse after surgery and she replied to me saying "I've never heard of that happening" and I said hmmm wonder why they would tell me that??? It's time for me to find another Doctor because I don't even attempt to bring up any issues I'm having with her now because she's always acting as if it's just nothing at all!!! Doctor never listens to my concers Doctorand will down play every single problem I bring up. I had told her before that my feet and legs were swelling and she she said "oh that's nothing just your body holding water" like that's no big deal and doesn't matter? There's been a few times I've mentioned something going on with my body and she dismissed me as if it's never something to worry about!

Seen specialist who couldn't find what was wrong with me she ran one test and found it

At my first visit, Dr. Ligas listened to my concerns and helped me come up with a plan to improve my health. She is kind and soft-spoken and easy to talk to. It has been two months since that first visit, and I am already feeling so much better.

Dr Ligas is thorough and caring. I never have problems getting an appointment and the office staff and nurses are friendly and helpful. Using MyChart online is also very helpful when prescriptions are needed, if you have a question they email you back and to look at your test results.

Absolutely wonderful doctor. Truly cares and treats my wife like family. The office always greets her respectfully and makes her feel comfortable. Have been a patient almost 8 years and couldn’t ask for anything more. Truly feel Blessed.

I have seen both doctors at the office for over 5 years and they are both very good. When it comes to individualized care I don't think you will find better. I have a lot of medical issues and I get better care for all of them with the one doctor than I do with all my specialists combined.

She's a good family doctor, but the receptionists never answer your calls. I've trying to contact them for medication for months.

Best family doctor I have ever had. She was nice n truly cared about me and wanted to help me get better n on right medication.
