I found Dr. Shue very kind and listened to everything I said about my sciatica. I go this week for another visit. She is a doctor I trust. Thank you Dr. Shue for listening to me.

If I can give ZERO STARS I would! Office DOESN'T return calls, Office doesn't give doctor the messages. DOCTOR doesn't care about treating people's pain only about her wallet! Took me and my mother in for help. No help was given. I left in pain on crutches and she never called my mom with her MRI results! Office claiming my mom has to make another appointment for Dr. To get MORE MONEY for her results. Got pain, don't go to Dr. Shue. She only cares about MONEY not a persons Health. PS. Excellent Doctor and staff highly recommend this office for your pain management therapy

Dr. Shue Is one of the most caring, understanding and intelligent doctor I have ever seen. I have had a double lumbar fusion along with a slew of other medical problems and she has never steered me wrong. I would have given her more stars if possible. This is the place to go if all other avenues have failed and you are seeking someone to know only care for you as if they were your family but also take their time brainstorming what your potential problems. Dr. Shue is a competent and caring doctor who leaves no stone unturned when working to help me with my back pain. Her staff, however, is totally incompetent and surly. The practice would certainly benefit from a change of support staff.

Dr. Shue is an excellent doctor - very knowledgeable and kind. She helped me with severe pain due to a disc issue. I ended up needing an injection in the neck to help with pain associated with a disc. Dr Shue was extremely sensitive to my needs and concerns both about the pain and the procedure. She did an excellent job with the procedure and I have had no pain at all for weeks. I’m extremely grateful to her. Her staff is very professional and friendly as well. Dr. Shue is very kind and extremely excellent at what she does. I have rheumatoid arthritis that hit all of my major joints and she has helped me through this process. None of the RA medications given me by other specialists have helped. She has been conservative as she should be with injections but when she gives an injection it is perfect. She’s understanding, kind, and her staff is very nice. Highly recommend! Dr. Shue is very kind and extremely excellent at what she does. I would recommend Dr. Sabrina Shue to anyone. After my accident and surgeries, I was debilitated by pain. Treated by pain doctors with no relief. Made to feel intimidated to express my concerns of my condition. Leading me to seek new doctors which I was always made to feel (especially as time went on) that my pain wasn’t real. My surgeon recommended Dr. Sabrina Shue. I have found her to be compassionate and empathetic to my pain. She treats each of her clients as if you were the only one she has. She listened to my description of my pain. She researched it, came up with a diagnosis and devised a plan. I was included in this plan. Every step was explained, what she would be doing, what I was to expect and to experience during and after treatment. I am encouraged to express any concerns of the treatment and the outcome. The Her and her staff follow up with the outcome. I have always been made to feel comfortable to express my feelings and input on my course of treatment. Dr. Shue and her staff are very friendly and professional . She is an expert in the field of pain management. She knows pain is REAL!, She knows her clients have good days and bad! She was such a great doctor.

Dr. Shue has an office staff that doesn't show an interest in taking care of patients. The office manager, Sue Roi, is arrogant and lies about actions taken in regard to patient billing. She cannot handle her responsibilities and detracts from the medical care given by the doctor. She refuses to respond honestly to patients and runs the office very poorly. The medical care is very good but the backup is miserable.

Dr. Shue is a kind, caring, professional who has been helping me through my horrific rheumatoid arthritis. Other specialists have prescribed the medications for our A and my body has never responded. Dr. Hsu is careful with the injections to my big joints. She has helped me a lot And I highly recommend her.

Dr. SHUE IS GREAT. I have not seen her for for a while and called her last week for an appointment for today at 8:45. When I got there they said they do not take my insurance any more. I said you should have asked me on the phone about insurances seeing you just stopped taking it. I had taken time off from work and had someone to drive me. I am very disappointed with that. I really like Dr. SHUE very much and I am sad to have to seek another Dr.

Dr. Shue was fantastic! She took the time to patiently answer my many questions, and clearly explained to me the suggested treatment. Dr. Shue was most understanding of, responsive to, and was flexible in meeting my specific needs. Dr. Shue's support staff was most helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Shue.

Dr Shue was disconnected, unfriendly and stone faced. She may very well be a good doctor although I had no luck with the cortisone injection. She lacks people skills and comes off as slightly arrogant. On my initial consultation, I waited about 1 hour due to negligence of staff, also lacking in good people skills.

She is by far a wonderful pain management Doctor I have ever seen!! She does so many different procedures and really cares about you!!! I have seen others that only care about the money and your in and out of there office fast! Dr Shue takes her time and really care and wants to help you!!

This doctor’s manner in dealing with patients is detached, uncaring and condescending. Her basic attitude is one of disrespect. As she is the role model for her staff, their attitude toward patients is also disrespectful.

I have been under pain management for about 9-10 years now and I find Dr. Shue to be very thorough in her assessment and treatment of my orthopedic conditions. She is open to trying various treatment options in her attempt to minimize my level of cronic pain. I find her willingness to explore different approaches and consult with other doctors to be encouraging as there are no magic bullets in pain management. We are in this for the long haul and I am fortunate to be under Dr. Shue's care

In November 2017 I had an appointment with Dr. Shue I gave her all my documents for my last pain management doctor! Then she told me to come back in 2 weeks and she would then start treating me! Then the next day I got a phone call from her Office telling me she's not going to treat me and don't come back! Because my last doctor gave her a very bad review and a very bad reference about me that was Dr cash back in September 2017 after my last appointment there about a week later he sent me a letter telling me don't ever come back! So I called his office and his staff members would not let me speak to him! I also want to a bunch of other pain management Doctors and the same thing happened! So what I did now. I reported him to the Professionals of Doctors in Albany New York! I reported what he did to me, I began my treatment with Dr cash about 2 years ago and he had me on 100 milligrams of methadone, Ambien and a muscle relaxer! And I got along fine with him for the last 2 years then all the sudden in September he got rid of me just like that so what I did was I reported him to the Drug Enforcement Agency and the CDC and they're going to do an investigation on him for what he did to me! According to the DNA guidelines, A pain Management Doctor supposed to detox a patient down to 30 mg of a narcotic these are the new guidelines lines that just came out 4 years ago and they were written up in 2014, and help a patient find a new pain management Doctor, if a patient wants to leave them, or if there pain management doctor don't want to treat them anymore! There pain management doctor supposed to help there patient find a new pain management Doctor! The pain management Doctor not supposed to just throw you off, 100 mg of a narcotic and a sleeping pill like that which is crazy, ethical and an unprofessional it's also against the law according to DNA and the CDC if a Doctor and the staff treats a patient like that reported them right away ! Dr. Shue is simply incredible and I am very thankful to have her as my doctor. She is brilliant, very nice, and really cares. I have a very complicated spinal situation and had three spinal surgeries prior to meeting Dr. Shue. Due to my spinal situation, I have chronic severe pain and Dr. Shue has worked tirelessly to help me. She has tons of knowledge about all the latest treatments and is an extremely careful and caring doctor. Her staff also cares greatly about her patients.

Dr. Shue has treated me for severe lumbar pain and several other related issues for the last four or so years. I am a complicated patient because I have several other health issues which complicate my treatments. She is an excellent diagnostician and is up-to-date on the latest methods which in my case has been very important. I give her five stars.

I went to see Dr. Shue in Mid December and was suffering from extreme pain from Siatica, arthritis in both knees, spinal pain. I found her to be an excellent physican. Before seeing Dr. Shue I was on the verge of canceling my regularly scheduled trip to my summer home in La Molina Peru. My visit to Dr. Shue resulted in a spinal shot that made me feel 300 percent better and allowed me to start my physical Therapy program while in Peru. I highly recommend Dr. Shue to anyone suffering with pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly an expert in her field. Both her and her staff are compassionate to the needs of all patients who pass through the doors . Dr. Shue has an awesome bedside manner she will treat you as if you were her only patient, taking the time to answer all your questions and concerns. you feel the treatment is not working!! She will seek and explain alternative treatments. Pain is REAL and she knows it

I believe the office staff are very unprofessional. Rude. Have witnessed unhappy patients with every visit. It is a shame that the staff from office manager down ruins the reviews of the doctors. They can not even handle billing nor appointments. They also do not return phone calls. The doctors there have been told to no avail.

Dr Sabrina Shue is definitely the best doctor for pain management . She has help my husband so much with his pain . She is very polite and knowledgeable she goes above and beyond to help the patient . She is ask lots of questions and looks for solutions . I would recommend her to anyone that is having pain she will work with you . She great !
