Dr Gordon is excellent and did great on my emergency procedure. Office staff was rude, refused to confirm benefit information, demanded balance in full and threaten to report me for theft of services if I did not pay. When corporate called to discuss balance - benefits had already been corrected to actual dues but I NEVER got an apology call from office staff for their incorrect information, threat or for mistreating a patient after an emergency procedure

My first root canal. A bit uneasy. It was under a crown that is about 25 years old. Being an engineer I was interested in the entire process and tools. Dr. G explained everything and was happy to discuss it with me. Also was quick with additional novocaine when drilling hit my active spots. Very happy with entire comfort thru whole process.

Worst experience in any doctors office I’ve ever had. Even the doctors in Marine Corps didn’t treat us so poorly. I took my wife into Gordon’s office so that he could tell us she needs a root canal. My wife was in severe pain and let him know that she was afraid of needles and her gums hurt a lot. He was very unprofessional and lacked empathy in the situation. He was obviously irritated that she could not sit still while he began to numb the gums. My wife has worked with a group of very well known and highly rated doctors for over ten years now, and she mentioned she could never imagine any of those doctors talking to or treating patients the way Gordon did. Very poor bedside manner, unapologetic, and overall very unprofessional. We were not treated with respect by this man. If you’re needing dental work and expect a pleasant experience, this is not the place. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this inappropriate, low quality, and unprofessional man.

Gordon was very rude and inappropriate in the way he addresses my wife’s anxiety with needles when she could not remain still while he tried to numb her gums. Gordon was very disrespectful and we do not recommend anyone go to him.

This man had very poor bedside manner. Our experience with him was not pleasant due to his unprofessionalism and rudeness. He was very condescending and mistreated my wife verbally right in front of me. I initially thought that he was kidding around, because surely no doctor would conduct himself in such a manner otherwise. It took a minute before we realized that his behavior was not an act, but instead a display of poor character, lack of empathy for a patient, and his impatience. Overall, very unprofessional. I do not recommend seeing this doctor.

I had a root canal done .Dr. Ryan Gordon was friendly,attentive, funny .Best dentist I've ever had .I didn't need no laughing gas .He made me laugh , funny but professional. I recommend him 100%

He added additional costs to the bill after the procedure, which were not discussed beforehand (I wish I hadn't paid it). He drilled through the crown for the root canal procedure and did a filling afterwards. This filling cracked a week later and he refused to fix it. Luckily my general Dentist fixed it.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Gordon on two separate occasions. I can state I am so impressed with his skills, services, and custome-friendly aura. Of course, when one visits an endodontist, it can't be for a good reason. However, Dr. Gordon makes it relatively stress free and almost pain free. He tells you what the problem is and shows the x- rays to confirm the diagnosis. Then, he explains the procedure he will be performing to resolve the issue along with a follow- up plan. Awesome dr

Had a great experience with Dr. Gordon. The entire appointment took less than an hour. He communicated well and kept me informed every step of the way. The best part was that there was absolutely no pain! Would definitely recommend Dr. Gordon.

Dr. Gordon is excellent, his bedside manner is phenomenal. He explains in a way that I understood, he gave me options which did not benefit him which showed me that my needs as a patient was important to him. His OMG is kind and caring to, so is his front desk.

Dr. Gordon did my root canal today. Earlier I was under the impression that the root canal treatment would be a very painful procedure. I had even heard stories of light pain or light tickling from people who had gone similar treatment elsewhere. But, I found Dr.Gordon in performing my root canal procedure to be extremely skillful, knowledgeable & quite experienced, so that there was ZERO PAIN. I highly recommend this doctor. He has 16 yrs of experience in dealing with variety of issues.
