I had horrible pain in my sciatic went to Er. They told me to go to my pcp and tell him to send me for a mri on my sciatic. Made me come in to his office just to tell me NO!!! Just pushes his wholistic beliefs on you. I haven’t found a descent dr in this area. I guess I should have known what a DO was before I went. Diane

This dr could not even find the war and sinus infection I had. He doesn’t even refer you to a specialist. Tells me I have to many things going on. I had to call and tell him to refer me to someone after 3 months of telling him something was wrong. He thinks you can go forever even though you know somethings wrong. As soon as I can I will find another dr. One who believes in helping you and don’t think you are just nuts.

Dr Hazelwood is good so are nurse and staff ! I will admit sometimes you have to wait but it's usually a short time!????

Dr. Hazelwood is an Excellent Doctor - he accurately has diagnosed two different medical issues and prescribed the correct medication long before all the test and specialist I saw. I've learned to trust his diagnoses right away and no longer need the reassurance of additional testing he advises if you still feel unsure. He always takes the time to talk with me and gets to the core issue. I wouldn't go anywhere else - he also is the only Dr who has personally called me to check on me after a incident - not his staff - him personally. I value that level of dedication to his patience.
