My visit was fantastic. I called Tuesday afternoon with an immediate problem of pain and discomfort. Dr Simonsen saw me on Wednesday morning and quickly created a plan to remedy the situation. I am always impressed with Dr Simonsen's professionalism but more importantly his compassion to give me the best possible care. He is an amazing dentist who I would recommend to anyone.

It's hard to seek medical providers when you are newer to an area and do not know reputations. Dr. Simonsen was referred to me by another medical provider and I'm so glad I became his patient. His staff is very friendly, and Dr. Simonsen is such a kind and gentle man. When I make a comparison to my last dental practice, I am so appreciative that Dr. Simonsen is conservative (in my opinion) and does not push treatments to "use up" insurance benefits.

The closest appointment for cleaning is after 3 weeks or longer they don’t seem to have the capacity to take new patients.

Wow is all I can say. I tried to take my daughter here for a filling. She was very nervous and I stated this when we arrived.When the dentist walked in , he never tried to soothe her or calm her. He never explained to her what he was going to do. I explained the procedure to her. He then rolled his eyes and made an annoyed face 3 times. Again never saying anything to my daughter. He asked her to open her mouth, and then he abruptly stopped and said “ I can’t do this here. She needs to go to pediatric dentist to get nitrite.” He stood up and said “ I’m making the executive decision.” Again, never once saying anything soothing to my daughter. I asked him when we could get into the ped. Dentist. He curtly stated” I don’t know, you will have to call.” And then grabbed the chart a walked out of the room abruptly. With no “ I’m sorry, have a nice day.” What a horrible bedside manner. I was appalled. I worked in a dental office for 6 years and have never seen that approach before. They then referred me to a pediatric dentist that doesn’t even accept my insurance. I would give zero stars but I couldn’t review without one. Do not take children here! Clearly do not have the training or patience to handle them or nervousness. Wow is all I can say. I tried to take my daughter here for a filling. I had a tooth break over the weekend. Left a message that we needed an appointment as soon as possible. They called on Monday morning and saw me at noon. Excellent staff - from first call to completion. Extra careful with caring for me during this pandemic......

Dr Simonsen did a fabulous job fixing a tooth I have procrastinated about getting fixed. He and staff were empathetic to my fear and made the whole process comfortable and pain free. I would give 5 stars plus if I could.

Amazing experience! Repaired three teeth I completely cracked off like it was nothing! The entire time Dr. Simonsen made sure I was comfortable and explained the procedures being performed.

I’ve been with Dr Simonsen for 15 years along with my wife and 5 adult kids, mother and anyone else I can refer to him (multiple friends). A great person, gentle and exceedingly competent dentist. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Staff is responsive, professional and pleasant.

He and the rest of staff were so kind and pleasant, they were running on time, the office is very nice, and they didn't try to sell me on anything unnecessary. Dr. Simonsen’s office is so well run by such a wonderful team. The minute you walk in it smells lovely. No where near an overpowered sterile smell. The minute I walked in (During Covid 19 when you arrive in parking lot you need to call the office to let them know you are there.. ) very controlled distancing. Staff wearing PPE . The office is So clean ( definitely top reason for my decision to be treated there) Plus my Hygienist Ally is so gentle and thorough. My #1. Plus Dr is so conservative and friendly. A+++ in my book.

I started off with some anxiety because I have not visited the dentist since the pandemic. I did not know what to expect as far as precautions made in the office. I arrived early, and received a call to come in and was received in a courteous and kind way. I noticed how the office and exam rooms looked extremely clean and was impressed with the plastic protection on the chairs. I was relieved to see how the staff and the doctor wore protective facial coverings. Lastly I appreciated leaving out by way of the rear door rather than the front entrance. My apprehension was relieved and it was a great experience. Thank you so kindly.

Dr Simonsen was very flexible and provided a second option for treating a difficult broken tooth, when I was not comfortable with the first option (due to lots of dentist anxiety on my part). He changed his course of treatment on the spot, and the tooth repair was quick, painless and I very much appreciated his flexibility, creativity and the patience of his assistant, Jackie!!
