Dr Frisch and her staff are phenomenal! I absolutely love everyone here- when I go to the dentist, it's like I'm visiting friends. I just love them all!

I have been going to Dr Higgins for more than 30 years and have never once been disappointed with the service he has provided. His bedside manner is second to none! He deserves the highest honor a dentist can obtain. Ginger also earned the same honor. She was gentle and kind up until the day she retired. Dana has a similar bedside manner and because of the two of them, our family will continue to drive from Wichita to Clearwater for our dental needs until the time comes for them to retire. Thank you Dr Higgins for your excellence to your patients. Edit: I drove to Clearwater to see Dr Higgins for 2 decades, and my family and I were loyal paying patients, and we still love him. He has since retired, and things have changed. The clinic isn't the same without him. He is dearly missed. But then again, the world isn't the same place as it was, even a decade ago. My family and I were patients of Dr. Higgins for almost 30 years. It is true that I did carry a balance for a period of nearly 3 years in which I was so ill that I was unable to even pay attention. During that period I lost nearly everything I owned. I did, however, contact the office with an explanation as soon as I was humanly able. Please send my entire 30 year payment history to your attorney with your response to this public review. I have had 10s of thousands of dollars of work that Dr. Higgins provided for me alone over time and PAID ALL of those bills plus those for my family. So in this way it is YOU who is slandering ME. You are correct that I did indeed have personal issues that arose and caused me great difficulty, and nearly cost me my life. I sent a letter directly to your office explaining what happened and expressed my regret that I let his bill slip through the cracks. The letter also stated that I had no intention of disregarding that bill. I reached out to Dr Higgins having no knowledge that he had retired until that very day. I was GIVEN information on how to contact him, by one who KNOWS that I had good intentions and was a longstanding patient; and because I specifically didn't want to have to deal with YOU. You made my case for why that is. Don't be angry that your colleague has a soul. As a result of that difficult period, I was forced to file bankruptcy and DELIBERATELY LEFT HIS BILL OUT of it because I RESPECT him as my dentist and as a person; and the fact that he has been so very good to my family over many years. It was never my intention to not pay that last bill, as I told you in the letter that you received on October 14, 2021. I know Dr. Higgins. He would never have let this happen. Because of the difficult time I endured and the many problems it caused for me; coupled with the way this was handled, I am drowning. That was YOU, Debbie, not, Dr. Higgins, and not Dr. Frisch. I have paid your attorney, ALL except for $136 of what I myself incurred for the outstanding work he did for me personally. Nobody wishes it hadn't happened this way more than I do. But it was obviously too much to ask for mercy under these circumstances, because it's you I had to deal with. Once again, you demonstrated my point. Welcome to the new world. You are correct that Dr. Frisch and I don't really know one another, we've only met, however, I did in fact, bring her a new patient, who paid in FULL, I was with her during her service. I was told one price by Ron and when we got up front to pay the price trippled. Dont know what is going on but it seems we have a lack of communications. I like going there and will probably return.

Dr Higgins offered us a filling on a connecting tooth instead of a crown on another tooth, which was way more expensive. We appreciate his advice in this. Figuring not all dentists would be this forthcoming. he is good, honest, helpful dentist

I have been going to Dr. Higgins for quite sometime now. He has always been very thorough, making sure I am comfortable and happy with his work. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well. I drive from Wichita when there are at least 4 dentist in a 1 mile area of my home if that tells you anything.

The dentist Dr. Higgins is lost in what he is doing! He needs to retire! It took 1 year after he pulled my teeth to get my partial, keep in mind, I only had 3 teeth left on the top and all of my bottoms. Without teeth on the top you can’t eat anything but mush. So for 1 year I haven’t been able to eat much! The partial has been paid for the whole time and he still charged me another $500. Would not recommend!!! I will not go back!!! This is the best dentist I have ever been to! For many years I bounced around to several places, for a few years I even stopped going to the dentist. All the local dentist were changing into big companies, charging more money & didn’t seem personable. I had high anxiety about going to the dentist from bad experiences when younger. Love Dr Higgins. Have been going to him for a long time and always takes good care of me. The hygienist does a good job. I hope to share a positive message I have received the very best of dental care with Dr. Higgins in Clearwater Kansas it’s worth my drive to get such great care I recommend him highly and his staff it’s a wonderful place and very accommodating for children and families. I am part of the Harp Well and pump service family my father‘s company 70 years in Wichita Kansas. I have been a patient of Dr. Ronald G. Higgins DDS since the late 60's when I was a 3rd grade student in Clearwater. Although visiting the dentist hasn't always been high on my list of things to do. I have always enjoyed the experienced and well trained staff who have been with Dr. Higgins for many years. I can’t say I like going to the Dentist, but Dr Higgins and his staff made me feel so comfortable. I wish I had started going to him years ago.
