Dr. Ronald Loius Bucari

I’ve been there for years and spent lots of money with Dr.Bucari, and to this day the women in the front never greet me when I walk in. I find it extremely rude when they switch languages for certain topics. I even get ignored when I say hello. I’m not sure how you work in an industry that involves dealing with people yet you’re still so unpleasant! I would never recommend this office to anyone solely because of the poor customer service.

Dr. Bucari is very friendly and professional. My child and I have had a very good experience with his office and staff.

The receptionist is very unprofessional she just isn’t knowledgeable enough.

Unprofessional, unsanitary, not following CDC guidelines for COVID and not even following basic hand washing 101. Just nasty. I would give it -0 stars if it was an option.

The receptionist there is very uneducated and unprofessional!!! Her verbiage and they way she presents or expresses herself while either speaking to you in person or in the phone is most definitely not appropriate. I was standing there while she viewed pictures of a vacation and presented them to another staff member. She gets upset when things aren’t her way and the ghetto becomes apparent!! For the first time in my life, I feel confident with my smile and now I can’t stop smiling. At 39 years old I finally decided to take the plunge and get braces. Teeth are very personal and can trigger insecurities. I was referred to Dr. Bucari by my dentist. Dr. Bucari and his assistants made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the very first appointment, especially Melvin. It was a very safe and judgement free place. My only complaint is their receptionist. She’s the reason why this office only gets 4 stars from me instead of 5 stars. She quiet but seems very moody. It’s always a gamble on wether she’ll greet you warmly. If not, she usually just points to direct you to see Melvin for which you always receive a warm and gracious welcome. When checking out and making your next appointment, you could literally be standing there for a good 5 minutes before she’ll even acknowledge you. It seems like it is assumed that you should wait and that she’s busy. But honestly, I’ve personally seen her just scrolling on her phone. Despite the awkward receptionist, I do highly recommend Dr. Bucari and Melvin as your orthodontist. It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made and and I’m glad I chose them for my treatment. I am an older adult who consulted with Dr. Bucari about possible orthodontia. What a refreshing experience it was to deal with a professional who completely has his patient's best interest at heart. He gave me detailed advise that was honest though it meant he would not be getting a new patient. I did not end up working with Dr. Bucari because his advise was that orthodontia was probably not the best option for me. But I would highly recommend him as an ethical professional who will do what is best for a patient. He is not just trying to get new patients and make money. He took a good amount of time to explain my situation though I was not paying for the consultation. He is also a pleasant and patient person.

I have to agree with you very unprofessional office and why are brackets consistently falling off. This is not normal this is a very rude and unsatisfying experience.

I had an amazing experience here! The entire staff was absolutely outstanding. As I end my treatment after two years, I’m going to genuinely miss coming into this office. My experience over the past two years has been phenomenal. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I get my braces off next month and I can't wait. I look at my teeth every morning and wonder how they we're able to fix them as easily as they did. I did not have any insurance at the time, but the prices were one of the lowest in the state which is what first brought me in. They have payment plans and are understanding when life happens. While doing my research, I was referred to this Dr. Bucari by multiple dentists office and I was more than satisfied.The space is clean and orderly and and up to date. They are quick and efficient and will not have you waiting more than a 5 minutes. The staff is kind and gentle, even when they are doing the tightenings. I wish I can leave more than 5 stars Dr Bucari and staff are great !!! The min you get there you are greated by the receptionist which she's so sweet and very attentive and informative gets you in right away ! My children love this place . For the person who gave him 1 star shame on you Dr Bucari is not those things!!!!

Arrogant and condescending. Doesn't like basic patient questions. He used veiled threats of discharge if he was questioned again. Very odd and impatient abrupt reaction.
