Dr. Beshears is a great dentist and his Dental Assistant, Sara, was very helpful and informative. She knows what she is doing. Together, they made the appointment very pleasant. Everyone on staff is pleasant, professional, friendly and outgoing. I am never late for my appointments and I appreciate them being so prompt and efficient with my time. I’ve been a patient for over 30 years and I’ve never been disappointed.

I had Brittany for the first time today and she did a very professional job. I would have no hesitation to have her again in the future. Only comment was longer than normal delay waiting for Dr. B.

My dental bridge fell out and I did not have a regular dentist who I had been going to in over a year. Some good friends recommended that I schedule an appointment with Dr. Beshears. Since our first visit to Dr Beshears (several years ago) we have recommended his practice every time the conversation came up! Not only is he the Best Dentist my husband and I have ever had, his entire team is Outstanding! Front desk personnel are always friendly and professional; and I can’t say enough about the hygienists and techs! I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned ~ most of my visits have been scheduled with Lori or Ashley, who are both so thorough, yet so very gentle!! On my most recent visits, Ashley has done an extraordinary job of eliminating the stains I incur from all the coffee, tea, blueberries and cherries ??I love so much! The amazing part is that she accomplishes this with no pain at all ~ just results! (And fun conversation) And, finally, we trust Dr. Beshears, and everyone in this office, to provide the best dental care available ~ and, when necessary, to refer us to the best Specialists in the Triad.

Beyond any shadow of a doubt, this is the best dental practice that I have ever been a patient of. They've corrected past wrongs and omissions from my previous treatment at other practices, and have spared me suffering and expense. These folks are great !!!

Dr Beshears is a thorough and knowledgeable dentist. His hygienist also did a very thorough job, and I had no discomfort. He has excellent staff that put you at ease and explain what they are doing.

Today I had an emergency need, and Janis scheduled me immediately for Dr. Beshears to repair my tooth with his usual excellence. The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. They are simply the BEST in the business!

Superb facilities, staff and attitude! I will be returning! Dr. Ray Beshears and all his staff have provided our family with expert state of the art, comprehensive prophylactic dental services since the beginning of his practice in the 70's in Jamestown. I have had crowns over the years and all were perfectly and expertly done with no discomfort and I have never had a complication with them to this day. Today I was evaluated for periodontal disease, had a thorough routine dental cleaning as well as fluoride treatment. Brittany was my dental assistant today and was very gentle. I didn't even feel the gum evaluation. The staff has always been friendly, with individual personal and professional dental care. The entire office is beautiful from entry way lobby and into every dental treatment room. I always feel relaxed during every procedure and have never had any experiences over the years that were less than professional. Excellent care and attention to detail on every visit!

We moved to this area recently. All the personnel were friendly andas very clean. Dr. Beshears was very nice. I really enjoyed talking with him. Everyone was very professional.

Went to this place on a referral , prior to my appointment I was phoned three times to remind me of my appointment sent four texts messages and two emails, unfortunately I didn't get the letter stating that my first appointment would be two hours long and wouldn't involve any thing practical like a cleaning for example but I would need to sit around watch tube videos on brushing your teeth and other various time wasters , (the letter arrived the day of the appointment.) I made the comment that maybe we could skip the videos since I am self employed and wasn't aware of the two hour visit just to meet and greet and have people waiting on me, which required the hygienist to consult with the dentist which took 10 minutes, who said I needed to watch the utube videos, when i asked if I would be getting a cleaning they said they needed to do a exam first too determine the type of cleaning ( upcharge?), then cancer screening x-rays, (upcharge?), but first they wanted to take a picture of me, not my teeth which they were also going to do but a facial picture to which I replied I would prefer to not have my photo taken as I didn't see how this pertained to a check up and I don't like having my picture taken not to mention the invasion of privacy that the whole experience was turning out to be. This resulted in another consultation with the dentist after another ten minute wait she came back and said if I didn't want my photo taken I would need to leave at which point I realized this was the best course for me. This whole experience was a completely negative waste of time for me personally, the whole set up seems to be designed to determine how many upgrades ( extra charges ) can be tacked on to the bill and would require a minimum of three office visits ( extra charges) before any actual work would be done. As soon as I got out of the chair and walked to the front desk to request (ALL) the paper work I had previously signed which had to be less than one minute after being informed of my new status they gave me one paper and said they had all ready shredded all the other documents. That seemed a bit odd but all I can do is hope they were telling the truth. This is just of course my perception of this experience since the dentist wasn't man enough to come and speak to me personally but had to use a twenty something hygienist as his representative . The state-of-the-art diagnostic tools are wonderful. I know that I am getting the best dental care available. But the staff is what makes this place special. Everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. I feel like family here. I feel like I am their top priority, even when they are super busy. LOVE Dr. Beshears and Staff!

Dr Beshears has been my dentist for many years and I would not go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They make you feel very comfortable when you are having work done on your teeth. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

It was my first visit at the office and everyone there is SUPER awesome - a very welcoming environment with friendly faces. Dr.Beshears is extremely thorough in his initial check up which makes you feel well taken care of. I have a feeling I will be a long time patient at this office!

MAKE sure you're WHITE ,if you go to this dentist we changed our dentist due to the distance and called this Butcher and they took me the very next day , which tells you how busy they are and after meeting with 3 of his assistants and filling a lot of paperwork, watching videos and taking pictures not X-rays ,PICTURES . his main assistant came back and said DUE TO our doctor will at some point retire , he is REJUCTING to take you in , did he just decide to do so, why not tell us yesterday ,so here's what I think of this man and his staff ,which is by the way .... his wife on the front desk and his daughter or his daughter in low in the back , basically FAMILY FEUD , no employees like this kind of people , so he hired his family I guess .
