Dr. Ron Eugene Slate JR.

My appointment with Dr Slate went very well. He is a great 'listener' and answered all my questions. However, I am having great difficulty actually talking to anyone in his office..... it seems that there is rarely 'anyone' that answer phone calls. jph

My mother had a terrible ingrown toenail (she’s 90) and he did nothing. She asked him to trim her toenails and cut 3 on each foot leaving her tonials to get snagged on everything. Then it was my turn. Same dang thing. Will never go back. Dr Wolf who was there before for excellent but Dr Slate,will never see us again.

Never Again.

Dr Slate and his office take great care of their patients, my procedure was done the next day of seeing him, quick and painless. Highly recomment this Doc.

Highly recommend. Dr. Slate was one of the specialist that saw my mother in the hospital recently. Took the time to evaluate, explain test results, diagnosis, treatment options, etc. Dr. Slate was truly a blessing in what felt like a desperate situation. Thank you :)

We first went to Dr. Slate, few months back, and after he looked at my nephews foot, he said that there was nothing he could do. He said that he was probably just a case of a flat foot. But my nephew Alex kept being in pain day and night. Then we went to Dr. Rivera at Calo foot and ankle center in Houston, and he ordered an MRI, he sent him some steroids, and some other medicine. And told him to put his foot in a boot for a few months, and Alex is now doing much better. I am upset that Dr. Ron Slade told us that there was nothing he could do and that his foot was probably never going to get better. I did not want Alex to be in pain for the rest of his life, so I got a second opinion and we went If you need a foot and ankle doctor, LET ME TELL YOU, Dr.Eugenio Rivera is A M A Z I N G ! ! ! HIGHLY recommended. We went to a podiatrist in Angleton, and he said he couldn’t do anything for Alex Rocha’s foot, and he was living in PAIN all day. We came to Dr.Rivera and he gave us a really good price, gave us the right medicine and the right diagnose. Also found us a very affordable MRI for Alex’s foot. Alex is doing MUCH BETTER. Had surgery on the top of my foot to remove a ganglion cyst. I've been to other doctors before for this issue. Dr. Slate really is the best! Him and his staff(Mrs.Monica) are very very nice. I definitely felt cared for!!! Would highly recommend him!

Dr. Slate has helped me profoundly with my problem with my toe. He is incredibly kind, concerned about one's level of pain, and answers all questions. He is a marvelous podiatrist!
