Dr. Roger E Emory

I first went to Dr. Emory about eight years ago for Botox. He also performed corrective surgery on my husband’s forehead in 2020 to remove scar tissue from an injury he had. Dr. Emory and his associates are most courteous,, professional and competent.

I purposely waited 6 months post op to write my review of Dr. Emory and his wonderful team. I waited for the newness of the mommy makeover to settle in so that I could really appreciate what was done and my results. From my first visit through my procedure, follow ups and final check out, EVERYTHING was done first class. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Emory and his team to my family and close friends. They regularly compliment me on my appearance. Dr. Emory fully understands how the human body reacts and performs. My result was better than I hoped for. He was a blessing to work with. Dr.Emory was absolutely phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable even with my fears of anesthesia, and gave me the exact results I was looking for. He was fantastic for my breast augmentation. I had a consult with another local surgeon and I was left feeling so discouraged and uncomfortable about doing it. When I saw Dr.Emory, he was so professional and took time to answer all my questions and address concerns. I was set that I didn’t want any bigger than 300ccs based off my previous consultation with the other surgeon. He was very clear that I would not be happy with that size and he was right! I took his recommendation and they are exactly what I wanted! He even called the night after my surgery to make sure I was ok. I will definitely be going to him for any further needs.

Went in for a breast augmentation consultation the people they’re are amazing!!! Dr.Emory have me his honest opinion on my sizing which helped alot! He is very detailed when explaining procedures. On Nov. 11, 2019 I had Breast surgery and a tummy tuck. I am five months out and I can tell you that I am so please with the results. The staff and nurses at the hospital were so friendly and willing to do anything to make it as comfortable as it could be. Dr. Emory and staff were available to answer any and all questions. Before you go in to visit, have your questions ready. It is not pain free. Each individual must follow the instructions given as your body heals. It does take time. I still have a ways to go, but, if was asked would I do it again? Yes!

Dr Emory removed a basal cell skin cancer under my eye. He kindly and patiently explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. Surgery went very smoothly and without any pain. Recovery and healing went very well. I appreciate the level of professionalism and surgery skills in which Dr Emory possesses and I highly recommend him to anyone needing plastic surgery.

I am a nurse practitioner and had seen several breast augmentation procedures performed by Dr Emory prior to choosing him to perform mine. My procedure went so much better than I had expected. I had been told by many others who had already had the procedure by other surgeons that it would be very painful and that I would be unable to lift my arms above my head for a week and that I would not be able to get out of bed unassisted for days. I did not experience any of that!! I was amazed at how little pain I had and was able to get up on my own from day one. My recovery was amazingly fast and I did wonderful. I am super pleased with the surgery and I am so happy I chose him!! His staff are the sweetest people I have ever met. I would recommend him to everyone and I will definitely recommend him to any of my patients that are interested in plastic surgery.

I had my tummy tuck back in 2016. The tummy tuck was okay. I gave him 3 stars because the scar from my tummy tuck was super high. I cannot wear a bikini and two he left me on both sides of my hip some "dog ears". I just went to a new plastic surgeon here in Texas and they are charging me $1,500 just to take care of the dog ears. The new plastic surgeon cannot fix the tummy tuck scar because I don't have enough skin to pull. I'm still a little dissapointed by the results. My experience with Dr.Emoru was amazing! He did my breast augmentation and gave me exactly what I asked for and they are perfect. They look and feel very natural. My coworkers are amazed at the beautiful, natural results.

DR. EMORY SAVED MY LIFE! I developed a horrible infection from a surgery performed by another local plastic surgeon. I was treated by Dr Emory in the ER, after being admitted I took a turn for the worse and was forced to undergo emergency surgery. I didn’t find out until after the surgery that Dr Emory was in GA attending a conference and he flew back to perform my surgery!! Who does that?!! Since this time I am under his care and healing wonderfully. Dr Emory and his staff are amazing!

Dr Emory’s attention to detail is exceptional ! He was kind and attentive from the moment I met him to my last visit with him. I will actually miss visiting his office and his staff as well. I highly recommend Dr Emory for any surgical procedure.

Very rude, all he is concerned about is what's good for him, not the patient, I would never have another procedure done by him. There are too many great caring surgeons out there to waste your time going to him.

Dr. Emory and his staff gave me exceptional care and treatment during my recent surgery for breast cancer. They treated me with kindness and compassion which gave me soundness of mind. Information was provided and a multitude of questions answered about the surgery and reconstruction process. He insisted that I contact him at any time with concerns and returned my calls in a timely manor. His office presents a welcoming atmosphere which alleviates the anxiety facing women with this diagnosis.

It's difficult choosing a plastic surgeon to change your look or treat an ailment. Thank goodness a friend recommended Dr. Emory. The staff at the Abingdon office was extremely helpful & professional, & more importantly, so was Dr. Emory. He encouraged me to ask questions and voice my concerns about the procedure I would undertake and wanted to ensure I was fully informed before moving forward. I am so happy with the results and will recommend Dr. Emory to all that need care.

Dr. Emory was most excellent during my procedure. He told me everything he was going to do before he started. I am very pleased with my healing progress, and will definitely return to him in the future for any skin lesion concerns.

Dr. Emory is an extremely skilled and accomplished surgeon! After much research and contemplation I made the decision to have a facelift at age 65. Dr. Emory provided thorough information and counsel on the procedure before, during and after surgery. The procedure addressed the underlying structure of my face which optimizes long term results. If this is something you are considering, I recommend Dr. Emory and his talented team without reservation!

In June of this year, Dr. Emory performed a facelift, necklift, & blepharoplasty on me. I am very pleased with my results! Recovery was quite painful initially; however, the outcome made the process worthwhile!

My experience with Dr. Emory was wonderful! I have had Botox several times and the results have been fabulous. I highly recommend him to others and look forward to my next appointment.

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Emory for a face-lift. His own comment when I cried because my face was such a mess was "you didn't pay for results." I still have very little feeling in the lower half of my face, and I have dents and wrinkles that are embarrassing. I rarely smile because it makes them worse. He offered me a free injection. I saved for such a long time to have this procedure. It was my dream. Now it is my nightmare.

My consult was very stressful, they were out a nurse.. he did take time and apologized for my long wait. I then went to the office they give you an estimate. well, the door was wide open and the windows right there to lobby where all patients waiting could hear our conversation. My sister was waiting and thought how unprofessional. I kept going back and forth with something that was covered with this lady. The nurse Jennifer in VA was sweet, the doctor should have called me to correct. 75$ lost

Dr. Emory performed surgery on my eyes in December 2015 at Johnston Memorial and a face lift on my lower face including cheeks, jowls and neck in April 2016 at Sapling Grove. Dr. Emory was very through as we discussed my surgery and made sure my blood pressure was under control before doing surgery. He called me after each surgery to check on my progress. I?m very pleased the results of both surgeries. His office staff and medical staff at both facilities were very competent and helpful.
