Dr Higinbothom is a very kind, caring and compassion person. He is a good doctor. If you have problems that require a specialist he will not hesitate to refer you. Sometimes you may have to wait past your appointment time but it is the same no matter where you go. He stays very busy and does his best to treat you in a timely manner. Waited way past appointment time… office/receptionist was very incompetent and rude Never got to see the doctor… this office seems to think your time is not important and only their time matters

Just presented at JMH mammogram department with paper form Higinbothom’s office staff in hand. Presented paperwork with appointment time and date and was told by Mammogram Department that my doctor hadn’t scheduled my appointment. My dog gets much superior care and treatment than this office provides to Dr. Higginbotham’s patients. Horrible doctor. Lousy staff. Terrible practice. Receptionist would never let me have an appointment with the doctor the 3 yrs I went there. NP was nice but didn't really address my issues. Would give me antibiotics when I was sick. That's all I could ever get accomplished. RUN, don't go to this facility. Also, forgot I was there and left me sitting for over an hour. Always had some type of excuse. Can't say enough about how awful this facility is. I can now tell you there are other medical professionals which can help you because I know have permanent damage from my issues not being properly addressed. Stay away! Horrible doctor. Lousy staff. He is very caring , a very nice person , and a very good Dr.

Not horrible but....The Nurse was great, she really tried to be helpful she listened and was super friendly. When talking to the Dr. I frequently got cut off and didn’t have a chance to fully explain what exactly what I was having issues with. ( which is a typical problem with almost all doctors now a days) Instead of trying to correct any of my problems he said we’ll possibly address them at your next visit if that’s something I think I need to do. That’s why I was here in the first place. They also made me an appointment with a “specialist”. After further researching this “specialist” myself, I made the discovery the woman they made me the appointment with was not board certified, or even medically licensed for that matter, and was working from her home. (I really suggest researching people and places before making your patients appointments, referrals or recommendations) Also the receptionist at this office was extremely rude, I was hung up on several times when the only thing I wanted was information on said appointment. And she sniped at me for calling so much saying she had a job to do. All in all I can’t say this place is horrible, and I’m not telling anyone to stay away. Just sharing my experience. May be the doctor was having a rushed day, I dont know, it happens, if that was the case I should have been rescheduled. My experience was not good unfortunately. I went to see Sharon Gilbert as a new patient on Monnday. May 5, 2019. I had discussed different issues with her . The most troublesome issue was swelling in my hand. Very painful! I waited almost 1 1/2 hours past appointment time. Long story short.... Referred to have x ray....tryed calling office next day to find out results as they were sent back to Sharon. Did not receive a return call from her office until this morning at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday 5/9/2019 concerning results of x ray...( and those results were sent to her on 5/8/2019. A VERY LONG WAIT WHEN DEALING WITH EXCRUCIATING PAIN. Needless to say I am now seeking a Doctor that will help me more in urgency ! (I did not know if I had a broken bone , gout, or what the issue was). So much intense pain I could not do anything. I do not recommend this facility. My experience was not good unfortunately. I had an appointment this morning at 10:30. They request me to be there at 10:00 as a new patient. The place is clean and the nurses are friendly, but the only problem is I have to wait over 2 hours and half before I can see the doctor. (The doctor didn't show up until 12:35) All I need is to get a medicine refill and it only takes the doctor not even 5 minutes. I like this doctor office, very clean and everyone are friends. the female doctor is very friendly as well. She shake my hand when she first walk in, she asked me when I need today, I told her I need to get a medicine refill, she ask me to take a long breathe and listen to my heart and said good, and then she write me a refill immediate, and leave for the next patient, only takes less than 5 minutes. again, everyone in this office is very friendly and kindly. But if I don't have to wait over an hour, (In fact, I wait over 2 hours and half, feel like waiting forever, very very Boring) I will definitely give a 5 star. Dr. Higinbothom is my 90 year old fathers Doctor and he is GREAT!

The most RUDE office of any business I have ever had to deal with. The person answering the phone hung up on my wife who was trying to make an appointment. Beware of this office.

Great staff.

Dr. Higinbothom is an amazing physician who shows that he clearly cares about his patients by going above and beyond.

In May, I will have been with Dr. Higinbothom a year as a patient, and it has been an outstanding experience!! He's compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and highly competent. His staff is equally trained and personable. All have guided me through a very difficult time and greatly helped to resolve or manage my health issues. All have exceeded my expectations, and they were quite high. Quality health care is a priority for me
