My husband recently had hand surgery. He is a very high risk patient with a lot of health risks. He has had very bad experiences with surgeries in the past. Dr. Moreno Garcia was excellent! He made us feel at ease and was excellent at communicating every step with us.

Dr Moreno-Garcia performed tendon transfer surgery due to a damaged radial nerve to my left hand. I was hesitant to have surgery, hoping the nerve would repair, but Dr Moreno-Garcia patiently explained the pros and cons. After waiting over a year, I agreed to surgery. After 1 month of therapy and daily exercises, I can now do much more with my left hand and optimistic that it will continue to improve. I highly recommend Dr Moreno-Garcia and thankful he was recommended to me by a health care provider.

I have had 2 surgeries by Dr. Moreno roughly 8 years apart. The first was an ulnar shortening. The second and most recent was an ulnar shortening, wrist, and elbow surgery. I absolutely love Dr Moreno. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoughts. Not only does and did he listen, he keeps fixing my broken parts when I come back worse than the first time. I would recommend Dr Moreno to my family and friends. He is a very gifted surgeon and is honest as well. Both hard to find in doctors. I am not sure I could have made it this far post surgery without Dr Moreno and his team. He is the only doctor I would and will let operate on me hands down. I am short of 5 months out from major surgery, but can already feel improvements in daily tasks like doing laundry, driving, cooking. He gave me life back. Thank you Dr Moreno for being a miracle worker!

Dr.Moreno is an excellent doctor he did surgery on both of my hands and I'm not in pain anymore. The staff at the Klinert & Kutz office Downtown are all Great. I would recommend them all.

Dr. Moreno and his staff are excellent. He did an amazing job on my hand after my accident. I wouldn’t have wanted any other dr but him they were very caring and treated me like family.

Dr. Moreno was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and came in to see me prior to surgery and made me feel better. My wrist pain is completely gone and surgery went well. His PA, Claire Watkins was very kind and professional as well.

My mom is 78 and fell. She broke her arm right above her elbow. Doctor Moreno and his staff took great care of her and got her fixed back good as new. Doctor Moreno is very good at his job and if any of my family or my friends need a surgeon I will highly recommend doctor Moreno and his staff. We have been to the New Albany location and downtown location and the staff was great at both. Thank you Doctor Moreno and staff for being so awesome with my mom.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Moreno. I had severe arthritis in both thumbs and was barely able to even write my name without excruciating pain. Being an avid artist, needle pointer, and calligrapher, I had to do something. Dr. Moreno operated on both thumbs 6 months apart and I am so thrilled to be able to do all of the things I enjoy most. I will have Carpel Tunnel surgery in the future (have beginning signs already) and will only trust Dr. Moreno with my hands ever again. Needless to say, my experience was positive and I highly recommend Dr. Moreno!

Dr Moreno performed surgery on my left wrist after two other surgeons left me with the option of total fusion. I am now able to play tennis again which they said I would never do. Great surgeon and better human being. Thank you

I went to Dr. Moreno for a second opinion and am so happy I did. I have a fracture in my radius and he expertly explained my options including pros and cons. After addressing my concerns he came up with the best treatment for my situation. He has a fantastic staff. I would give them more than 5 stars!!

I was in pain for over two years and had surgery on Feb 12, six week check up and I am pain free. The New Albany Indiana office staff very knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Moreno is awesome, not very talkative, but he fixed my hand. I'm no longer in pain and his staff is exceptional. I can't wait to have my other hand done. These guys know what they are doing!

Dr. Moreno and staff are the best. I anticipated hand surgery for a long time, but once I met with Dr. Moreno and his staff I felt very comfortable to proceed. Dr. Moreno was very informative, compassionate and even as excited as I was at the outcome of my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Moreno.

Dr Moreno has the bedside manner of a snail! My 73 year old mother, who has osteoporosis and tendonis in her wrist, went to Dr Moreno for an opinion. He made no eye contact and he pulled her thumb back so far and squeezed her wrist so hard that it injured her. He then said that there was nothing that could be done and left the room. I would say that he might make a good "horse" doctor but I wouldn't even subject my horse to this type of treatment. If you are thinking of going to him..don't!

He is rude and has no bedside manner. Acts like a patient is just a footnote. However, his work is great. It was verified by a 2nd opinion I sought after my emergency surgery with Moreno.

Our first and ONLY appointment with this doctor started with wating over two hours in the waiting room, with no apologies. Then a doctor with a quick look at my daughters hand, a diagnosis we could not understand, and no explaination. I asked for some clarification. A quick answer and he was out the door. We will not be back!

Very unhappy with him, no bedside manner, very rude. Feels like he don't have time for his patients. After he says what he thinks needs to be said he is pretty much out the door. Doesn't care if the patient still has questions. Will not go back to see him or recommend him to anyone.

Spent less than a minute examining my hand. Still not healed. Did not spend hardly anytime explaining. Hard to understand.
