I had the most painful experience here. I paid for a virtual consultation service an out-of-pocket expense. After payment of disclosed amount and day of the consultation service I was not provided any receipt for payment nor any virtual meeting information for my doctor visit. It should never be the patient's client's responsibility to have to circle back and call for any information from staff. So again, I had to call back and request front desk to correct their mistakes by request another appointment and date. The person I spoke with stated their fault and said that I was scheduled too early but did not acknowledge any other responsibility. I was told the doctor only see's patients for virtual consultations after business hours which I was told would be 5:30pm? Meanwhile this office stops answering phones around 2pm. So there's no way I could've been helped. As result , I had to reschedule for the second time. Again, not receiving a visit or meeting information for visit to speak t

The best place thus far. They explain in details everything about my , and different things that will take place with the teeth and gum if not properly taken care of, have me up here ready to throw all those flossing machines away and do it with the string. . Thanks Bella!

My experience today was amazing. I walked in very nervous, but everyone was very nice and treated me like family. Dr. Cooper is very perfessional, and educated me on a lot of things I did not know. By the end of my visit I felt very confident that him and his team will take care of me. Thanks again for making me feel comfortable!

I have been going to Dr. Cooper for several years. He is an excellent dentist, and his staff is very friendly and capable. But I was a disappointed in my recent visit for my six-month cleaning. What normally takes an hour or less took nearly two hours. During my visit, I was left alone in the exam room a couple of times, and I waited and waited for someone to come back. I got up from my exam chair one time to see what was going on. There are so many staff at this practice now that I think it has become less efficient. It pains me to say this because I have been going to the same practice for many, many years. Also, when I left, I had to pay a total but didn't receive a breakdown of what I paid for and what was covered by my insurance (now Medicare). And no one scheduled my next appointment. Granted, I should have asked but I was in a hurry to leave since I had been there for two hours. They were very good about safety precautions for coronavirus. I had my temperature checked when I came in and everyone wore a mask.

I had to have a tooth extracted but I've always been afraid of dentists. Dr. Cooper recognized my anxiety and took time to make me comfortable, assured me I was doing well and periodically checked to ask if I was still okay. It made the extraction so much easier. Also, their Covid-19 compliance is exceptional! They are very sanitary and very careful to avoid contamination.

I highly recommend Bella for your dental needs , I broke a tooth and even during this virus , they made sure I was taken care of , I had a Tele visit on Friday and follow up today for extraction , the whole staff was kind, caring and compassionate, making sure I was good

I arrive before my appointment time. Waited for about 10 minutes and still one no one. I was told this would take no more than 10-15 minutes. Another person came in and went thru the doors to find someone who said she was alone. But for me if you knew you had someone coming in for an appointment that you check every so often. After the person who went looking for someone was helped, I was told to give them five minutes. My time is important just like there’s.

I've seen Dr. Cooper's amazing work, I felt super safe and confident while in his care during my initial visit, the coffee was great, the service is personalized, friendly and professional. You have to visit to experience for yourself. I'm so excited about my journey as an actor, upgrading my look and having a better more confident smile is important to me. Its always a great experience going to Bella dental. I've been going there since their Clarkston office, now at the Tucker office. They've helped me with my braces(invisalign), with veneers, and all my regular cleanings. Everyone is friendly and work together to take care of every customer. I would recommend them to anyone

On a schedule 1-10, this facility gets a 10. Everyone was extremely kind, polite and professional at this location. This was my first time visiting this dentist and I would truly recommend them to family and friends. Dr. Cooper and his staff is a true blessings. The dental assistant allowed me to view the facility, while explaining everything via the walk through. During the X-ray procedure she explained what she was doing so that the doctor would be able to access the matter and present a plan that would work. Finally the doctor enters the room and introduce himself. Looks at the X-rays with me and his assistant, then discuss ways of addressing the issue at hand. Dr. Cooper then individually examiner each tooth. After the physical assessment was completed by Dr. Cooper we revisit a plan that was best for my situation that I was happy about, which would eventually leave me with a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile. Indeed , I am looking forward to the outcome of the plan fit for me. This doctor is Absolutely the best. He explained everything to me and offered a plan that will leave me smiling for years to come. Yes I would recommend Dr. Cooper and his staff to my family, friends and the world. It is not often that you fine an excellent doctor and staff. It’s him y’all and the experience is with the visit. This doctor did not hide anything, nor was it about the money, but the well-being of my mouth and the outcome of a soon beautiful smile.

I love Bella practice and staff. Everyone is focused on making sure the customers are super comfortable and informed on how to improve their gum and teeth health. My teeth were in such bad shape before I went now they healthy!

I think this office is great first time the make sure they resolve your concerns. Very proactive with preventing dental issues. I love that about office. I love they have convient hours of business make it easier to get dental work done instead of regular 9 to 5 hours.

When I first got there I was happy and then when I left I was not happy. The assistant was the one who finished my Temporary cap on my tooth and I thought that the dentist was the one who was supposed to put on my cap not the assistant. I felt like that was very unprofessional. Was not told that the assistant was going to put it in. Unprofessional

The Dentist made my experience amazing. I have had some very painful time at the dentist as a 47 years old but I have never felt the level of comfort I felt yesterday get my tooth pulled. He pulled my number 14 tooth on the top in the back and I felt no pain, nor did I have any heavy bleeding. I did not know the tooth was out. He real did a good job. They called my medication in so when I was done it was waiting at my pharmacist. Now this morning still home feeling better today then yesterday morning. I don't have any pain or swelling. Job well done to the Bella Team because it was the entire staff from the time I walked in and out the door that made me call my experience AMAZING!

Bella Dental Services is a class act! The new office is very clean and inviting. The front office staff is very professional and courteous. The dental hygienist that I see (Bhumika) is a "gem". Doctor is condescending. Spent nearly 2 hours at the office and never got the cleaning I was coming for. Was told due to lower retainer, I'd need an expensive learning ($300 out of pocket) not in my plan. This has never happened at any prior dentist and was not told to me at the beginning even though I had told them of my retainer. A huge waste of time and resources.

If you do not have insurance, you probably would like to avoid this doctor. I saw greed taken to another level.

Worst Experience ever! I was fooled by the reviews and this office lacked in customer service and definitely lied about and expected appointment, was 45 late getting to me on my first visit, scheduled me with the wrong dentist, and bait and switched my services. I was promised a cleaning which was the purpose of my appointment and they ran out time with getting it done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was promised a call back from Kenyada the office manager and she never called back, nor did the doctor respond
