My 1st time there & Dr. Collins was very attentive, patient and understanding, I felt very comfortable talking about my health issues with her. Very very nice and staff was also very nice, I give 10 stars

I've been sick for 2 weeks. I needed to come in and be checked. The staff said Dr. Collins did not let me get an appointment. They don't know what is wrong with me.

Dr. Collins provides both medical and practical advice to keep me as healthy as possible. She also will discuss treatment options with me. During each visit, she always takes time to listen to and address my issues and concerns and follows up on my progress in subsequent visits. I couldn?t be more pleased with my healthcare with Dr. Collins as my provider.

Dr Collins is a good hands on doctor and does not come across with an all knowing attitude that many doctors display. She is humble enough to recognize when additional expertise may be required. She responds promptly to questions and concerns even outside of your scheduled appointment. She is a doctor that has genuine concern for the health and well being of her patients. With doctor Collins you are a person first and not just a paycheck or on an assembly line. She also has an amazing staff that provides great assistance and patience when working with you. If Dr Collins gave you a referral, you can expect a friendly reminder from her staff to see how they can help to ensure you comply with the doctors recommendations. An overall nice doctor and team arrangement. Thank You for being my doctor.

Dr. Collins is knowledgeable, shows genuine care and concern for her patients, and listens well to general updates and concerns. When I think of a primary care physician, Dr. Collins is the model of care that comes to mind.

Dr. Collins is a good doctor in the technical sense. Her bedside manner, on the other hand, sometimes leaves something to be desired. She seems like she's in a hurry when she meets with me, and, isn't always good re: follow-up. Getting her on the phone is a challenge, and, unless I need a refill, she will let me know that communicating with me via the Patient Portal is not for in-depth conversations re: my health concerns. So, unless I am paying her for an office visit, it seems like she really doesn't want to communicate with me directly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Collins for 6 years. She and her staff have provided excellent care. They are responsive and take enough time to understand your needs and health issues. They also explain things well.

Poor experience. This physician's office is horrible. They're condescending, rude and uncaring. I'll never go back. Terrible patient care.

I love how Dr Collins listens to my concerns and never allows me to leave unless she has addressed all my concerns. She is excellent!!!!

In my years of experience, as relates to Medical Doctors, Dr. Rochelle Collins is one that is in the class of being outstanding. I especially love that she takes time to dialogue with you concerning your health and being interested enough ask the important questions that you wouldn't normally think of. Her kind and polite manner shows a sense of respect for what you may be feeling and experiencing in your health. I would highly recommend Dr. Collins! I am very bless to have her as my physician!
