In addition to being cocky and arrogant, he spent most of my visit with him (which was relatively brief given his expensive fees), pitching his book. When it was time to finally try to talk about why I was there, he talked so fast, I could barely keep up. When I asked him to slow down so I could write some quick notes (I am an older patient and my memory is starting to fail, which is why I was there in the first place), he got annoyed with me. I just think he's all show, not much substance.
