Dr. Watson, he was very caring and listened to my concerns of my illness- he took my opinion and applied the medications I needed to get well- Not often do you a see a doctor that takes time to listen to you - He didn’t make me feel like he was in a rush -

Dr. Watson is genuinely the best doctor I’ve ever met. He truly wanted to get to the root of my issue and the rest of the staff there were really awesome as well.

The doctor has a concern for his patients and wants to help them find answers. He was very kind and caring. But they did X-rays and no one has gotten back with me on the results or what I should do next which is disappointing. Had a good visit with the doctor. He was helpful in getting my migraine under control.

I personally am quite selective over the doctors I trust bc I have very specific medical issues which can cause conflicting treatments, but Dr. Watson is always double checking interactions so that I can stay healthy while recovering.

I went in with my sister today for a visit with Dr Watson. He is the most caring doctor I’ve ever known. I have also been a patient as well as my mother, whom he took excellent care of. If you are looking for a doctor with excellent bedside manner and top notch medical care, I recommend Dr Watson.

Very personal and professional. Notified me the minute he received the lab reports, discussed the results and genuinely concerned about my well being.

I was very pleased with Dr. Watson. I would recommend him highly.

Dr Watson and his staff are excellent. Dr Watson is especially well suited for his position as a Family Physician. He is very attentive and very quick to get back to us on test results, xrays, etc. My Doctor of 25 years retired last year and I was nervous, but he is as good or better than my last Family Dr.

Love Dr Watson, he's the doctor I trust to care for and treat my family.

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable..the nurse that took my blood was awesome plus never felt the needle. Dr was very nice, seemed caring and took measures to get further evaluations done

Dr. Watson is always thorough and proactive. He listens carefully and uses that information to make informed decisions. I highly recommend Dr. Watson and his clinic. All of the professionals there are exceptional.

We left Hattiesburg Clinic 2 years and went to Dr Robert Watson in Purvis, Ma have not regretted it, he bed side manners are amazing, he listens and cares..His staff always makes it a point to be helpful and friendly..They are an asset to Merit Health..wouldn't want to go anywhere else..and won't

I went in for a problem I was having. I was in a good bit of pain and had seen him before. His manner was absolutely horrible!! I work in a clinic as well and our doctors would never treat patients like that. He was so concerned with other issues he didn’t want to discuss the problem at hand!!

Very professional Dr and staff. They are also very caring. The clinic is clean and we'll maintained.

They were great, got there, not there 10 minutes and they came to my vehicle checked me and Baby girl for Covid, me Positive her negative, got out she already had a room was in there maybe 5 min and Dr. Watson was in answered questions and he got meds called in and we left, never expected for it to go that quick

I've had high BP for many years now. Ive been to countless Doctors in 3 different states! They have tried get it lowered but since I've been seeing Dr. Watson it has been alot lower. He takes the time to listen to what is going on with my body. His nurses are so nice and they already feel like family. Thankful & blessed he is my physician! I've had high BP for many years now. Like Dr Watson, very conscientious about care if newsprint and follows thru with cre. Staff are nice and friendly. Very good place to get medical care.

My review is based on Dr. Watson, not the clinic itself. I was extremely satisfied with my interaction with him. He seemed genuinely concerned for me, and called me personally to discuss the results of a test that was sent off. (Maybe all doctors do that, I don't see a doctor often)

Dr. Watson is a great physician! He truly cares about his patients. I never wait long to be seen. We've been through some serious health problems and he has kept a level head and gotten me through as to what needed to be done. I highly recommend Dr Watson.

Dr. Watson was polite, extremely professional, and showed compassion and concern for my issues. He was very thorough in his exam. I appreciated his approach and demeanor very much. This was my first time to see him and would definitely this is his office again in the future.

The reason I'm giving this review a two and not a one is because Robert Watson himself is a kind, caring, compassionate and invested man. He's the most amazing doctor I've ever had, but knowing the faux pas his staff have committed, I cannot in good conscience give him a high review, though I will always recommend friends and family to him. I was dismissed after a nurse mistakenly claimed I missed three appointments: neurology, an MRI, and a Tuesday appointment. I saw a nurse Tuesday who said that I couldn't be switched from rizatriptan to methocarbamol, which is the reason why I was there, so Dr. Watson himself told me it wouldn't be charged to my insurance. I was listed as a no-show. I called and cancelled my MRI appointment with a witness and have the recording of it on my phone, as I have a tendency to record all my conversations for mistakes such as these. The final appointment, I visited the doctor and have written documentation of it, as well as a timed, stamped, and dated script of when the medication (rizatriptan) was first prescribed and dispensed- the day of my visit. I even spoke to Dr. Watson about the rizatriptan, proving I had seen the doctor (Kathleen Messenger) and gotten on the medication recommended to me. I know my mother and the head-nurse in the office had an altercation that I was unaware of, and simply tried to stay out of at the time, but they should not have lied on my paperwork and said I was being dismissed for noncompliance when I can dispute every single claim with proof, written, auditory, witness-related or otherwise. They were dishonest in the reason why they dismissed me, and they didn't care enough to talk within their own circle and find out why the appointments were listed as no-shows, rather, they simply accused unfairly and were absolutely incorrect in those accusations. The staff are unforgivable, especially after overdosing me on B12 and accusing me of taking vitamins and doing it to myself, then denying they ever injected me.. yet still charged my insurance for the shot I "never got". Dr. Watson is the best doctor someone can get, so I implore those to continue seeing him; they won't regret it. I can't say the same for the nurses. As for any response I get to this from the staff- I don't care. I have the proof and several people have heard, seen, and witnessed it. Save it instead of digging your heels in. Recordings don't lie. Timestamped prescription papers, physical copies of which.. don't lie. People do. My name is S H E L B Y, posting as Elliot, and so I'm not ashamed to directly name myself. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Watson and his staff. I booked an online appointment for my Dad who recently had a stroke and is now staying in Hattiesburg with my sister since he’s unable to live in his own at the moment. We arrived for our New Patient appointment and was greeted with a big smile and hello from Karen at the front desk. Dr. Watson actually listened to him, took his time asking questions and answering ours. Wonderful bedside manner and a breath of fresh air for our family. I love Dr. Robert Watson. He has been serving me and my 4 children since we been living in Purvis and we have had nothing but great experiences with him. He's great with the children and he really cares about his patient. I am glad that he is our doctor... Keep up the good work Dr. Watson❤
