Hygienist are always nice everyone is nice. Dr Rapisarda is a very good dentist very competent

Excellent dentist!!! Nice people in a family friendly setting.

I was in search of a new dentist when I broke my tooth and called Dr. R's office. Dr. R's staff got me right in, he saw me quickly and set up an appointment for the future fixing of the tooth. I'm so pleased to be a new patient of his.

Our hygienist Sarah is absolutely amazing. She has taken such good care of my kids and I for many years. She’s is thorough and always kind! Make an app with her, you won’t be disappointed :-) Dr. Rap is alway quick to make sure we’re in and out quickly with the best care. The ladies at the reception area are great too! Christina was super friendly! Thank you for all you do!

My family have been patients for over 15 years. The hygienists are the best I've ever encountered: gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. I look forward to my dental cleanings!

Great stuff and service. They always do great job, the dental clinic is very clean in every way the environment and stuff always friendly and ready to take care of you. I highly recommend Dr Rapisarda and his team!!!!

Heide is the best dental hygienist I have seen. I drive over an hour to see Dr.Rapisarda and the staff. Always professional with the neighborhood feel.The commitment to being ahead in the technology is obvious.

It was a great first visit to Dr. Rapisarda's office, he and his staff are very friendly and professional. And it's close to home.

They were able to give me a same day appointment due to a toothache. The front desk staff were great and very helpful. The dentist was good as well and he was able to see is issue come up with a plan to fix the problem in a couple of days. Great to have a local business in town that cares about their patients. The whole staff here is amazing! From the front desk, to my favorite hygienist, Heidi, to Dr. Rapisarda himself! They take very good care and great bedside manner! Love it, here!

I moved here from out of State and was recommended Dr. Rapisarda's office by a friend. This is my first new Dentist in almost 20 years and it was a great experience. The staff is friendly, they seem to know their more long term patients by name and have a history with all of them. Dr. Rapisarda was straight forward and to the point and he and his staff make sure you aren't left in the dark about anything. I feel like I got crooked by really nice people...? I called them with my insurance info so they would take me mid August they called me back looking to book something immediately and that they took my insurance. They tell you your are covered, ask for previous dental records. I gave them my old dentist office, and they said they would get the records transferred. The appointment went well, cleaning went great, they took x rays again because they never contacted my old dentist then explainedon the phone 6 months later that the extra bill they sent is because your out of their network but they still accepted you as a patient and insurance kicked it back to me. The worst part is you leave thinking insurance covered it and in reality you'll be getting a bill for nearly the full amount.. I took the time to make sure they took my insurance before even making an appointment, waiting for a callback and received the green light to make an appointment. Be very careful that these people ACTUALLY take your insurance and make sure you ask them what will be charged and covered, its their legal obligation before they provide any service to you.. Received a first visit fee of 92 dollars, to have the doctor come in, introduce himself, do whats part of a routine checkup, and its not covered under insurance, right off the bat. Dental is expensive everywhere you go, thats not the problem, being told lies by people who act so kind and caring is what really gets me... Update: 2/19 I received a voicemail about my March 1st appointment, that they were switching my appointment to the 10th in a voicemail. I was visiting from out of town when a temporary crown came off. I needed to have it re-cemented before any damage was done. Dr. Rapisarda and his very friendly staff were able to squeeze me into his very busy schedule the next day! Thank you so much!

Very quick, absolutely painless, and the staff was delightful. Had a growing cavity and Dr Rapisarda saw me, over the holidays, to fix it. They also have newer non-sharp x-ray parts so you wont leave with a sore mouth after an exam.

I've been a patient here for over 15 years. All the staff are friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Rapisarda is truly excellent. He is extremely knowledgable, and takes a genuine personal interest in his work.

Best time I've ever had at the Dentist.

I was very satisfied (as I always am) with my recent appointment for a cleaning. There was no wait and I was out of there in no time.

Been going to these guys for the past 10 years, never had a bad visit. (Well besides getting a muscle spasm in my leg after getting my tooth pulled, but the good Doctor gave me some helpful advice for that too! ) But fantastic place well trained and friendly professionals there. I've transferred to Dr Rapisarda from having the same dentist for many years. I was nervous at first but I am pleasantly surprised and impressed at the extreme care, efficiency and kindness of all the staff and Dr Rapisarda. I would highly recommend his office for your dental needs.

Best Dentist Ever!!!!! My Daughter was in severe pain, and on Mass Health. We went to several other dentist's and Urgent care twice and had horrible experiences. She even got turned away from a Dentist in W. Brookfield, even though he supposedly accepts mass health. We decided to try our Local Dentist, Dr. Rapisarda, We walked in and were Pleasantly Greeted by the Staff. Dr. Rapisarda, was patient kind, and extremely gentle.
