Everything seems to be in decline since Dr. Ralph has left. Canceled appointments, prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy, notes from other doctors being ignored. It has been 5 months but the growing pains are still ongoing. Tread lightly.
Since Dr Ralph is no longer there health care has declined terribly. Medication is late getting refilled which is dangerous for those of us taking heart blockers, diabetic meds. Waiting 5 days for a refill is ridiculous! I thought when Duke took over our health care it would get better. It has really declined! Seems like to me people who have limited health insurance gets the least care.Duke apparently does not care for the elderly people who have been seeing Dr Ralph for over 20 years. Its a shame that such a good Doctor was pretty much forced into retirement! Since Dr Ralph is no longer there health care has declined terribly.
