Very professional, Dr. P IS compassionate and does a great job explaining procedures. I knew some of his employees Always very ethical plus they treat you as family..thanks guys.

I came to find Dr Pilcher through the local hospital after a fall resulting in a fractured elbow. The customer service by everyone in the office is astounding. He has a professionalism and wonderful mannerisms.

Dr. Pilcher is the best. From our first consultation to the surgery to the follow up visits, I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience. He is one of the most personable doctors I have ever met.

I seen Dr. Pilcher three months ago. I was really impressed with him. He took the time to answer all my questions. I. Would recommend him to anyone. He is great.

He is awesome! Very attentive. Actually listens to what you say. He's helping Mr with my knee pain and isn't brushing me. It feels great to actually be heard!

Dr. Pilcher is the best! And his staff is amazing as well!

My husband was brought to the doctor from the Nursing home and was over an hour late. They took my husband back as soon as he got there and were so polite. Thank you so much for your understanding.

This being my first personal experience with Dr. Pilcher due to the type injury I was dealing with, the personal and professionalism of each member of Dr. Pilcher's team was outstanding, as I would have expected. My experience with Dr. Pilcher has been a great one. I was very excited when I found out that Dr. Pilcher was associate with the Hughston Clinic, for I thought he retired. Dr. Pilcher has always treated me with courtesy and respect is always giving me the right advice that I always needed. Dr. Pilcher actually said that I would need a knee replacement 16 years ago and coincidentally it was 16 years ago to when I was first saw him with my knee problems again. This my personal opinion, Dr. Pilcher is one of the best Orthopedic Doctors in Southwest Georgia and he is an asset to the Houston Clinic. He has a great bedside manner he always treats is patience to me like a family member, and when you have a doctor that treats his patients that way you will always get the best results and the endgame will be a great one. I have been a satisfied patient of Dr Pilcher through hip surgery and follow up visits for going on six weeks now. He put me at ease from the moment I met him. He was easy to trust and his positive attitude was deeply appreciated. As I got to know him through office visits, he became more endearing. He gave me options in my care and respected my decisions. His PA, Nolan, was so kind, smart, helpful and wanted to make sure Dr Pilcher was kept abreast of the care and decisions we made while Dr Pilcher was out of the country. The office staff was top notch, friendly, helpful and caring. The young woman doing the X-rays was amazing. I felt no pain whatsoever because she took extra time to have everything prepared perfectly before I even got on the table. Of course the results were excellent first time. There was a warmth and friendly atmosphere in the office which put us at ease. This practice is easy to recommend and I gladly add my name to his list of satisfied patients. Dr pilcher is an amazing and.caring dr. He listens to all you say and is patient with you. Never in a hurry. Has replaced both my knees and.is my go to dr!

I followed Dr. Pilcher to Houghston Clinic. I would follow him wherever he went in this area. He has a great manner, is very compassionate and kind. I trust him with the decisions he makes and consider myself lucky to have him as a doctor.

My surgery went very well. I was very pleased

I have known Dr. Pilcher 30+ Professional years, some in my family have known him personally/socially, and all have the same agreement...he is professional, knowledgeable and talented. Soooo glad to have him at The Hughston Clinic. He was in another Practice for several years and now he is back in the area. I fractured my olecranon (elbow) after Thanksgiving (extremely painful) and back in his care. Welcome Back. I feel so good knowing I'm in his and the other Docs' trusted hands at H.
