Hello everyone! I received a breast reduction from Dr. Noel and I can definitely say it exceeded my expectations. Not only do I feel more confident I also felt confident in Dr. Noel. He takes the time to answer your questions as well as not making you feel rushed through your appointment. He is also super professional to the point I didn’t feel shy or nervous about what was being discussed. On actual surgery day he made me feel confident about going in the operating room. I would definitely recommend Dr. Noel to anyone who is considering doing any type of plastic surgery. Thank you again Dr. Noel!

Throughout my breast cancer journey and reconstruction process this far drNoel has been kind and understanding. The office staff and Medical assistants are kind as well. This is not a fun thing to go through and they are a great support system during the process.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr, Noel. He is an excellent surgeon and really cares for his patients. He performed a breast reduction on me a few years ago and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Dr. Noel is the best! I had breast cancer and chose to have a tram flap it turned out beautiful! I was so pleased with Dr. Noel’s work ! He his very professional and cares about his patients. I love his office staff they are always so pleasant and helpful!

i tried to make an appointment with Dr Noel office i called on Monday April 2nd 2018 i was left on hold for 20 mins the receptionist never came back to answer my call.

Dr. Noel took the time out to explain the procedure he was going to perform leaving room for any questions and concerns I might have. Dr. Noel is a straight forward man and has a very professional demeanor. He patiently listened to my concerns and address them accordingly, he was very thorough in explaining the process. I would and have recommended Dr. Noel as one of the best plastic surgeons I have come across. Thanks, A very satified patient MP

Dr. Noel is the VERY BEST of the best. His work is flawless and he is incredibly qualified as a plastic surgeon and a breast reconstruction surgeon as well. His staff is fabulous and it is very easy to get an appointment with Dr. Noel. You feel like he always puts you first. Just as an aside, he's not bad to look at either!

I hope Dr. Noel is planning on training other physicians to do what he does. The world would be a better place with more Dr. Noels to treat breast cancer patients. He is the best.

I had a mastectomy and reconstruction on January 12, 2017. Dr. Noel and his staff are awesome. I look forward to seeing them at every appointment.

Office staff is extremely polite and professional. Wait time in the waiting room was under 5 minutes. Dr. Noel answered all my questions and conerns.

Dr. Noel is one of the most outstanding surgeons I have ever met! What makes him this way is his compassion, dedication and his meticulous precision. He always informed me of everything, answered all my questions, calmed my fears. He is truly dedicated to each patient;he wants the maximum results for the patient!
