The negative comments/reviews I'm seeing is of someone who is bitter for god knows what reason. Dr.Middleton is the best and most compassionate medical professional I've had the pleasure to meet. How someone could say the awful things said here I couldn't fathom why. Keep up the good work doc.

I'm getting ready to contact doctor Middleton again for a friend and saw some of the negative reviews on here. This man single handedly saved my life. It's been almost a decade since I completed his program and thank him every day for it. I found myself in a very dark place addicted to opiates back in 2008. Dr. Middleton and myself work together for the better half of 8 months to come up with a regiment in which I slowly weened myself off of. I honestly do not remember the cost I do remember however it was much cheaper than buying the drugs I was using off the street. As long as you're willing to admit that you need help and you're ready for that help you won't not find a better doctor. Dr Middleton is the most compassionate kind and caring doctor I've ever seen. I've been going to him for at least 10 years and he quite literally saved my life. I hurts me to see someone write a bad review about him I have never experienced anything but kindness and caring from him and mrs Thoman I live them both.

Save your money and your time. He has anger issues and does not control them very well. Seems like he is very angry at the world because of his own addiction to opiates.. Was ran out of Pennsylvania because of his addiction. Buyer beware look at other Dr’s , stay away from him.

I felt compelled to write a review after seeing a one star given by someone else. Dr. Middleton cares about his patients and their recovery. He is not simply going to allow you to fool him or yourself. If you are serious about recovery and making progress, Dr. Middleton is the best doctor in his field. He will hold you accountable while being understanding and compassionate. If you are willing to work on proper, true recovery, he is the doctor to see. I am a patient of Dr Middleton and am going through recovery. Without his support and education, I would not be the successful person I am today. He also helped me to quit smoking with simply support, no meds. I recommend him because he is a proponent of the 12 step program along with the medical support he gives. Please give him a try if you are experiencing the painof addiction that I was going throguh. Also, his office workers supply support and care with true passion.

I needed help in 2003, and Dr Middleton was there for me. He can be tough on people, but to be honest that is exactly what you need at a time like that. I couldn't finish my treatment there for personal reasons, but I have never forgotten the care I received from there. It's a long journey, but worth it. God bless you on yours.
