Listen and caring

Dr Loudon is very professional and has a great bedside manner. He explains everything in layman terms. His staff is very nice and professional. I highly recommend him for your gastro needs.

All the staff from the time we arrived, lab and check out were amazing. E. Turner, CRNP was patient and listened to our concerns. She answered all our questions and was very informative. She was professional and made us feel comfortable talking about health problems. So happy to have found this group of medical professionals.

Love love Dr. Loudon and staff!!

Listens and talks to you without backing out the door the moment you greet each other.

Wait time was very reasonable which is not always the case at some providers. Every person I had an interaction with was very friendly. This goes a long way.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Loudon. I thought he was a very friendly doctor and thorough. I was very impressed with Dr. Loudon’s care and I highly recommend him.

Very poor experience with scheduling an appointment in a timely manner. Different staff tell me different times for the appointments, even call and leave message for two different times.

Dr London is a wonderful Dr & person. He’s been treating me for about 2 years. I have had some severe colon problems & he’s been right on top of everything. I couldn’t ask for a better Dr. I’ve had several procedures & he’s so kind & caring. I thank God for him everyday. I’m still under his care & his nurse & nurse practitioner Erin are wonderful. He performed Endoscopy and Colonoscopy on me. Very knowledgeable, caring and his hands-on experience is second to none. I highly recommend this great physician.

So far he's been very thorough and kind. He listened and was knowledgeable. He's done one procedure on me and I have more to come. I have no complaints!

I have seen Dr. Loudon for several years. He has always been very thorough and listened to me when it comes to my care! I have never had a problem scheduling appointments if an issue arises and it is one of the shortest waits to be seen by the doctor that I have ever experienced. I have used Dr. Loudon for years. He has always helped me understand the procedures and listened to my concerns. I have never had any trouble getting an appointment and when I am at the office, I never wait very long! I encouraged my family to see him and we have all been very satisfied!

Dr Loudon seems to be a very competent doctor and he communicates effectively in terms that the patient can understand. He also seems to relate well to teen agers. His office staff is not always very friendly or efficient. In general they seem to view themselves as being in a position of power and can choose to be helpful or not depending upon their mood.
