This week I met Dr. Hirsch for the first time. I had a very good and productive visit. He took the time to get to know my medical history and paid close attention to my little list of issues I wished to address. He also has a wonderful personality, which cleared away my anxieties of going to a specialist for the first time. The entire staff at Dr. Hirsch’s was very pleasant and professional as well. Thank you, all, see you soon. ??

Dr. Hirsch is very thorough and personable and he really knows his stuff. ..in addition the office staff is extremely welcoming and efficient. Often going to a doctor’s office can be stressful and upsetting, but in this case , it is quite the opposite…….Actually quite a pleasant experience.

Dr. Hirsch promptly reviewed my blood tests and scheduled me for consultation. After reviewing with his oncology team of Doctors, he had me on treatment very quickly. The biggest obstacle was obtaining the medicines at an affordable cost. His nurse Robyn was was very hands on and was able to to find the provider for the specialty meds. He is quite knowledge and allows me to ask all of my questions at each visit. His complete team is excellent at scheduling all of my appointments and he also referred me to a dietician and integrative medicine team. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Hirsch who was highly recommended by my primary physician.

Dr Robert Hirsch was great. He answered all my questions and concerns. He is so caring and very profession and so smart. . I am so thankful he is my Doctor and recommend him to all.

Office staff is courteous and helpful. This was a follow up visit of my mammogram and ultrasound. My first breast cancer was a lumpectomy in1995 and 2012 a mastectomy plus a recurrence in 2015. Dr. Hirsch has been my oncologist since 1995 and I feel blessed that my surgeon recommended him. Dr. Hirsch always listens to my medical and even some of my personnel issues. I never feel rushed even if his exams rooms are full of waiting patients. He is always straightforward but also gives you a feeling of hope. I would also like to acknowledge his Nurse Practitioner Robin. Robin is compassionate and easily reached on MyChart. If Dr. Hirsch is not available, on vacation or such, Robin will promptly respond to your concerns. Nadine is Dr. Hirsch’s phlebotomists and does a great job drawing blood samples and listening to any issues I may be having both medical and personnel.

Dr. Hirsch is amazing in all aspects. He knows what he is doing and I am beyond grateful for him. He is always prepared when talking to his patients. I highly recommend him! He deserves more than 5 stars!

This doc has absolutely no merits to justify his massive ego, he is careless and unable to diagnose his patients much less treat them. Avoid the entire Memorial Health System, all the so called specialists Ive seen here are merely professional ping-ping players...

My experience at Dr. Hirsch Cancer Center Office has been phenomenal and above exceptional with excellent service! The professionalism is above and beyond from the front desk with all the staffs and especially Mrs. Lisa, that always makes the impossible happened and she goes above and beyond for her patients; she loves helping her patients and I’m so greatful for Mrs. Lisa and I’m so lucky to know Mrs. Lisa, she is so awesome and my hero and such a great asset to the company! O my these guys are my heroes as well Mrs. Natalya and Mrs. Bunny they are so pleasant and love what they do, you can see it right through them with the exceptional service they provide to their patients, the professionalisms is beyond amazing, they have so much patient, and so caring and loving towards us the patients. These healthcare workers are definitely the definition of healthcare heroes, because they really go above and beyond to provide treatment to their patients with care and love; and I've could not had pick a better place place then Dr. Hirsch Office, Dr. Hirsch is brilliant and awesome and I love these guys! I have been a patient of Dr. Hirsch since 2014. I was lucky that he was the Dr. on call in the emergency room. He explained my diagnosis in laymen’s terms so I could understand what was happening. He is very professional and so is the office staff. They make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Hirsch definitely to anyone he is an amazing doctor ,

Dr. Hirsch is an amazing doctor! He is very kind, understanding, supportive and always takes the time to answer all questions/concerns from my family and I, never feeling rushed. He explains all necessary information really well. Also, the staff is wonderful and always friendly. Very pleased to have Dr. Hirsch and his staff!

Dr. Hirsch is a great doctor. He addresses all my concerns during each visit. He is honest with me every single time and genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is always very helpful. His nurse practitioner is very sweet always responds to my questions.

Dr Hirsch. Is an excellent doctor in all areas he cares about his patients gives them all the time needed to explain plans for treatment . Really miss him , especially since no one responding to me at his former office . I had CT yesterday and have perforation in colon . I called 3x for my PT/INR from yesterday no response. I called myself to lab now I’ll go to ER. Cleveland Clinic . I wish Dr Hirsch the best. He is by far best Dr I’ve ever Had.

The check in process for first time visit was very smooth! Wait period was less than 15 minutes. Labs are done within the office and results most times obtained within minutes. Dr Hirsh is very thorough , explains your diagnosis with simple analogies that a layman can grasp. Overall excellent care!!!

I took my mom to him 19 years ago and the staff was very passionate about and helpful to her. She felt at home and Dr. Hirsch was so encouraging, warm and welcoming. He explained everything to her in such an understanding way. She felt like he really cared.

Dr. Hirsch is a caring, dedicated doctor who, along with his nurse Caroline, always makes me feel like the most important patient in his practice. His entire staff is kind and caring.

Dr. Hirsch is a caring and compassionate doctor. Gentle and soft spoken, he and his staff take their time to ensure that the patient is comfortable and understands all aspects of the diagnosis and treatment. He is never rushed and always wants to hear about any and all symptoms I'm experiencing. His notes are inclusive and always follows up on the next visit.

Great doctor who cares about his patients

I met Dr Hirsch after an MRI showed cancer in the bones. He requested I go to the ER to be admitted so he could attend to me faster. Within one day or so, of just bloodwork and a physical exam, he figured out it was most likely metastatized breast cancer that spread to my bones. At 27 lovely of years. He was spot on the diagnosis after all tests results came back. We began treatment almost immediately and I haven't looked back. He listens and understands and I would recommend to others.

Dr. Hirsch is one of the finest doctors. He found out about a problem I had when I was 43 and no one knew about it. He reminds of the old doctors from years ago who really cared about their patients. He looks into the positive instead of the negative and I thank him so much. I recommend Dr. Hirsch! I met him around thirty years ago and he has been my angel ever since.

Great doctor

I was referred for a consultation for a specific blood count related issue. Although I do not yet have a solution to this problem, I am grateful for the way that Dr Hirsch made me feel like there is hope that my problem will be resolved, by another specialist. I was treated in a professional yet friendly manner by all the staff and made to feel like they all care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hirsch's for over three years since he treated me successfully for stage 3 lung cancer. I highly recommend him (and his outstanding staff), to anybody in need of an Oncologist. He gives me hope, patience and understanding and really treats my whole family, fielding questions and concerns. Sometimes I can't believe he's really a doctor because his "bedside manner" is the best I've ever encountered. I just really can't say enough about his competent, quality care.

My husband has been under the care of a hemotologist for 4 years. We visited 4 other Drs. Before we found Dr. Hirsch. He's very thorough and also kind. He ensures we understand all the options available to us! We love this man...he's a mensch!

I am a newly diagnosed breast cancer patient. Dr. Hirsch was recommended to me by a neighbor. I found him to be more then helpful, and concerned. He spent time reviewing my previous health records, asked questions.sent his reports to my other Drs.. and was more then reassuring. I have so much confidence in his approach and concern I would recommend him in a heart beat. There are other physicians in his group, which makes me feel as though I would not be stranded if an emergency occurred and he was not available. As far as I am concerned, he's the best.
