Hands down the worst Dr. Appointment in 50 years, and first time visit. Started out alright. After about 10 mins they took me in to get 4 vials of blood and a urine sample for testing. TWO HOURS LATER.....still waiting for this elusive appointment with the Doctor. I myself had a meeting to which my clients would not wait two hours, nor should they, I had to leave. Dr. Saltz came out as I was leaving; smiling and taking taking selfies with my helmet. No apology, only we can do a tele visit on your drive home from the appoint you had but we didn't fulfil. Then, to top of the whole ordeal, they never even processed my blood or urine which they took from my body.

Dr Saltz is very compassionate toward her patients. She explains your health very clearly and thorough.She has a hard of gold and she goes above and beyond for her patients.

Dr. Saltz is patient, understanding and very helpful. She takes time with each patient and truly listens to any questions or concerns that you may have on that visit. She has a friendly and cheerful personally. I am very happy to have Dr. Robin Saltz as my primary physician.

She cares, she listens. She’s not an alarmest She’s one of a kind. ??????????

Dr. Saltz in Aventura Florida has been my Primary Care doctor for over a year and a half.. All I can say about her is that I just Love Her and I would not ever want to change her for the world..❤

Cancelled new patient sick appointment the day before. Was not available for the next two weeks.

Excellent Dr. Dr Saltz is an amazing Physician she listens to you and take notes, she returns your phone calls personally. She is very throrough and cares for her patients needs. Im not only blessed to have found her but I'm grateful that she is my Dr.

Awesome doctor. be prepared to wait though because she is really caring and thorough with each patient, taking time to listen. very friendly and knowledgeable. bring your reading material or smart phone because she is worth the wait.

Terrible customer service. Whenever I call I can never get an operator or appointment scheduler on the phone. I can call at 9:00 am, 11:00 am or 3:00 pm. I always have to call back to back for several days till I can get anyone on the phone. Unfortunately,. this has be the normal for me when calling the staff. The absolute worst office staff in the world. Unprofessional!!! If you don't want to be treated fairly this is the place to go and wait.

Doctor, good. Wait time horrible. Expect to wait for at LEAST 2 hours after your appointment time. I am the 2nd patient of these day . I thought scheduling early would help but, not!

I used to work with Dr. Saltz for about 3years+ and she honestly the best! Not because I've worked with her in the past, but because actually cares about her patients. Yes, the wait is loooong that is very true! lol! She actually takes the time to listen to her patients instead of rushing out like most doctors. She's very knowledgeable and passionate about her career. I'm truly honored to have worked with her. _Marcie

Dr Saltz is wonderful. She really answers you questions and gives you the attention you deserve. The problem is, she has no sense of time. Dr. Saltz is my PCP. When I have to see her I plan for three hours and pack a whole lot of patience. For example, if you have a 10am appointment, chances are you won't be called until 11:30, and even then you have another 30 to 45 minutes to wait for her while you are in the exam room. What I love about her is that she gives you her cell number.
