Straight forward, friendly and very good at listening. Will not push pill if you want to try working out a problem yourself with diet and exercise. Very easy to discuss anything with. Not the latest on all info an treatment, but more like a good solid small town doctor that can handle anything in normal practice,

Dr Gong has been my primary care doc since 2012 and we've been through thick and thin. He's *consistently* professional, knowledgeable, kind, and never seems impatient when I have questions. The same goes for his entire staff, who are all a pleasure to deal with. I know I'm not just speaking for myself when I say it will be a sad day when he eventually retires. Gong is a great doctor. Experienced and straight to the point.

Caring, personable staff who actually know who I am, and more importantly a highly competent physician with none of the funny business and short shrift you find in the corporate practices around north county.

I've known Rob and been a patient of his for many years. He's professional, personable and accessible. I highly recommend him. :)

Dr Gong is a great family doctor and the employees are very friendly and efficient. He is always on time for his appointments and you can ask all the questions you need.

Dr Gong is kind and knowledgeable. Because he is the only real doctor in the area he can seem a bit overwhelmed. His staff is exceptional!

Very disappointed!!! Saw Dr. Gong today & he told me he won't accept patients that don't live in Cambria... uummm okay that's really weird but whatever... I wish his office staff had told me that when I made my appt because now I have wasted time & gas driving over here for nothing...

Dr. Gong has been our family's doctor for twenty years. We have always received wonderful, compassionate care from him. We are grateful to have such a great physician in Cambria.

Dr. Gong has been our physician for 20 years. One of his best attributes is he listens to you and takes seriously what you say. He is very familiar with the best specialist in the area for your needs. I would never hesitate to recommend him.

Requires a new patient interview before you can been seen and there aren't any available new patient appointments for three plus months.
