Dr Elliott repaired my umbilical and ventral hernias. He was thorough at my initial exam; obtained my full health history and performed a sonogram. Surgery was scheduled quickly and went extremely smoothly. He kept me over night due to pain control and other issues. He called me numerous times before&after surgery. I was quite impressed with his due diligence. He has a witty personality which put me at ease. He is not heavy handed with his narcotic dispensation but I see this as a positive.

Dr. Elliott was fantastic; he took his time in explaining everything and regularly called after hours to check on my progress from the FNA results to surgery to the final path report and beyond. He is an experienced surgeon and one I would recommend to anyone. I personally appreciate his direct approach that some have mentioned in previous reviews.

The night of the day of my surgery, I began experiencing intense pain. Dr. Elliott had told me pain meds wouldn't be necessary and did not prescribe me anything. When I called, he told me, as I was in tears from the pain, I was too emotional and to call him the next day if I wanted his help. I did, and even then, he explained I was acting like a 4 year old and there was no way I was in that much pain so... no pills. Went to the ER and turns out he had made a mistake and they helped me out. Awful

I have been seeing Dt Elliott for many years for a thyoid issue. Dr Elliott and his staff are very nice, professional and accommodating. What I like best is when you are waiting for test results, Dr Elliott himself calls and explains everything. The last time he called me, he called me on a Sunday! I never had a Dr do this. He is very friendly and has a jovial personality and a real sense of humor. He does not talk to you like a patient. He talks to me like a friend. Thank you Dr Elliott!

I was hopeful when I went to visit Dr. Elliott with Gallstones. The staff was nice and accommodating. Dr. Elliott made a negative impression from the beginning. He treated me like a child (I am 47) He was extremely condescending and rude. I left in tears (which he made fun of and said I needed to work on treating my depression before the gallstones) and without any help for what I went to see him for in the first place. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Elliott. He hurt me as he said he would
