Ran out of my anxiety meds while on Vacation. Called the pharmacy to see about getting a refill. Pharmacy sent a request over and got nothing back. Tried the pharmacy request again within a few days and nothing. Called the Dr. Office and was told they would send it to the Dr and nurse for review, they would also mark it urgent. Waited a day and checked back at the pharmacy and nothing. Called back to the Dr. Office the next day and the front desk said they make a note and request that if there is a reason it could not be filled the nurse would call.me. waited another day and still nothing. Called the pharmacy again and found out they denied the request. Scheduled an appointment with the walk in and they said they couldn't get me a refill either.
