1.Went to quest to get blood work done . Quest has no dr orders on file or fax . Very unprofessional approach to say the least. 2. Was prescribed the wrong medication and the office doesn’t answer, goes to a message center that doesn’t get answered. I requested an insulin Kwickpen , but was prescribed a vial , which meant I’ve spent about $30.00 on needles that would not have been necessary if they would have ordered the requested Kwickpen ! 3. Is the Doctor aware of how patients are handled here or just doesn’t care to give even average service . 4. Considering a different provider , this is not acceptable!!!

I Was Dr. Coleman’s Patient for Several Years. Allow me to Tell that I Miss His Professionalism, Kindness and Quality Time as a Doctor. He is the best person to explain complicated matters in a very simple way. I lost track about of how many doctors I Saw before I met him. He is an Outstanding listener and Stabilized my conditions, NOT ONLY THAT but Every Single time I Saw him he Went far and beyond to make Sure I Was Ok. Now, out of Central Florida, I’m seriously thinking of driving 5 hrs plus to have him as my Endocrinologist once again. That’s how excellent is him. Nowadays my health has gone down the drain once again…. The other professionals I had seen had become overwhelmed with my case. NEVER! Happened With Dr. Coleman, You all have a Pleasant Day. Thank You!

Rude beside manner, very aloof. Didn’t listen and was so whatever attitude. His diagnosis was nothing like my other drs that said exactly the same thing

Dr. Coleman is my favorite endocrinologist I’ve ever had. Unfortunately the staff that runs his office never return my phone calls. I dread having to reach out to them for anything because they are constantly making careless mistakes and not taking any responsibility. I finally got ahold of someone this afternoon and then they put me on hold. I waited 45 minutes before I googled office hours and saw that they’d closed while I was waiting. They just left me. I don’t even know if the doctor is aware of this but this behavior is extremely dangerous for the patients who all suffer from various conditions and need prompt response. It's tough to get an appointment, especially in person, I feel that my health is getting worse due to push for online visits

Dr and RNs are great but it’s near impossible to get anyone to call you back. Be prepared to spend a month and many calls to get a reply. They are either understaffed or unorganized but I am switching Drs as this is too frustrating. Sad bc the Dr is great!

Dr. Coleman treated me for metabolic syndrome, including diabetes type 2 and hypertension. I searched for an endocrinologist with very high quality knowledge in this field. Dr. Coleman had that and delivered top notch services. He communicates, listens, is on time, and his staff is friendly and efficient. But most importantly, Dr. Coleman took me in as a newly diagnosed diabetic and by working together we got my metabolic syndrome under control. He was also very current on the latest information and issues in this field and included me in the choices on how to treat and manage my condition. He also made sure my medications were in the Tricare formulary so the Medicare and Tricare cover the costs. He is an outstanding doctor.

Very discriminatory to a person with disability. The office demands you follow their schedule which is very not user friendly the hours are too short and they are not accommodating because of my illness they just charged me from their office without any explanation whatsoever. I have tried to get ahold of staff for over a week to schedule an appointment because I am newly pregnant and my blood sugar numbers are all over the place. I have left several voice messages, all which have been ignored. No one is calling me back. I will likely have to find a new endocrinologist.

I like Dr Coleman, but his office does not take care of patients. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a prescription for the insulin pump to be sent to CVS, I have left multiple messages since no one ever answers their phone. The pharmacy has called 5 times in one day and no answer. They claimed they faxed it but no one got it. No one calls back either, definitely looking for a new Dr office that cares about their patients. Last time my sugar was 600 and went into the ER, they never called me back an Dr that I have never seen or heard from came and checked on me in the ER. Dr. Coleman is a great, caring Dr. He always is very encouraging and listens. His office staff is always polite.

Dr. Coleman is very kind and knowledgeable. He has help me reduce my A1C from 12.3 to 7.1 and he keeps me honest about what I am doing. The office staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help.

Dr Coleman is great, but the office staff is horrible, no one answers the phone and dont return calls. I have been calling for 3 weeks trying to get a prescriptions sent to the pharmacy for an insulin pump and no one is answering myself or the pharmacy.

This Dr's office will not return calls or answer phone calls. Patient messages go straight to voicemail where they are ignored. I'm not sure if the Dr. is aware that his staff is mistreating patients in this way. I tried calling and leaving messages for 1 month and I still did not get a return phone call. What a pleasant, friendly and professional atmosphere. Dr. Coleman is the best. I appreciate his open communication about my condition and how he ensures I am responsible for my continued well being. Never in a rush and answers all my questions and concerns

Since I brought my mom to Orlando, she has seen Dr. Coleman, him and his team have been a blessing in our lives, my mom has her diabetes totally under control due to him, is the first time we can say this and we are happy to have him as her Endocrinologists.

Dr. Robert Coleman is the only endocrinologist that makes me feel comfortable - not like he is judging me. He's the only one that has helped me gotten my diabetes under control. He communicates well. He cares. The office staff is great! Wonderful attitudes and get the job done in a professional manner. RECOMMEND

The front desk is very rude has no manners what so ever, very unpleasant and has no care for patients.

This place is absolutely without a doubt prejudice! If you don't know Spanish stay away! They do no care or have any customer service skills for anyone

Dr Coleman is kind and curtious; takes his time to explain what is going on. He is one of the few doctors I've seen that really takes time to listen to my questions and concerns. I have been twice to his office and am thankful I found a great endocrinologist!

I have been seeing Dr Coleman since he arrived at Florida Health. I have dealt with many other Endocrinologists in Virginia, D.C., Maryland and Florida since my thyroid was removed years ago. Dr Coleman is the best Endocrinologist I have seen. Dr Coleman explains every detail of my blood work and what it means as well as how the current levels compare to previous labs.
