Excellent Doctor

Dr. Brockie is a wonderful physician and compassionate caregiver.

Dr. Brochie is an excellent cardiologist.

Dr Brockie is very courteous, professional and thorough. I highly recommend him and his staff.

When I first got to the doctors office the girl at the front desk was kind of rude. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm. I was on time, actually a little early. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. I finally asked the girl at the front desk how much longer it would be. She said that the doctor was with a patient and there were 2 patients ahead of me. I asked for another appointment time but it would be in late March. I told her I was leaving and I would find another doctor. She looked shocked. This was my 1st time going to this doctor. If I could give zero stars I would.

Dr. Brockie was stellar. He was ... - Dr. Brockie was stellar. He was kind, polite, respectful, he treated me as an equal, despite his advanced knowledge, education and position compared to my own. He was conversational. He was concerned, professional, and analytical. Dr. Brockie seems to me to be precisely the model or example of the type of doctor which your practice should want to retain as one who shows genuine caring for patience in the context of advance medical knowledge. The thing I find most remarkable about Dr. Brockie is he showed NO signs of arrogance or egotism - refreshing indeed after a number of doctors I've met over the years, the supposed "gods" of medical science.

The very best Dr. I've ever been to. He explained everything to me and was very sweet. He even called me personally about my results. I will never go to a different cardiologist.

Excellent bedside manner! He listens and explains everything you don’t understand. He is the BEST Cardiologist I have had! He has a wonderful smiling staff and even a great atmosphere in the office. I will recommend De Brockie to anyone that needs that special Dr that listens!

If I would’ve EVER got to meet this Dr. to possibly give a better review, but couldn’t get passed his scheduling clerk, Nicole with her bias sarcastic attitude. It’s such a shame how Drs.miss out on patients due to office staff attitude. My opinion the person is too complacent with her position, and needs a refresher course on customer service ???? I highly recommend this doctor. This is the sweetest, compassionate doctor I have ever been to and he's a great listener. It's important for the patient to listen to their doctors but it's just as important for a doctor to listen to their patients and he does. He will be the only cardiologist I go to in the future.
